2nd stay in a small double room this time. It was definitely small. No milk in room the cleaner had left old empty ones in the tray and the first floor road location was a little noisy.

What’s not to like… however I don’t think we were informed that breakfast service doesn’t begin until 8am on Saturday. Beds are queen not king size … S so a little disappointed for an early start to be achieved…

Corridors a bit dark - also, I really need some fresh air in the bedroom and I couldn’t open any window. However accept this is a personal thing.

Loved the location and the general atmosphere of the place. All staff I spoke to were friendly and helpful. I took a look at the bar on the 4th floor and loved it.

The refrigerator is small, The sink is clogged。We weren't in the room very long. But clogged basins are a real problem。

Good location, in the center of the city, easy to go anywhere，The room is large. The bed is big, too. The front desk is very polite。Clean the room every day。We walk to Titanic from here, about 20 minutes. From here to the airport, it only takes nine minutes to get to the bus stop。

A message sent from Bullitt via Booking.com prior to our arrival said that we would receive a VIP card upon arrival to use at the hotel bars -- it was never mentioned and we would have liked to been told about all that the hotel facility had to offer upon our arrival but were only told where the elevators were. We knew the parking area would be a bit of a walk with our luggage to get to the hotel itself...it definitely is, but we did get a validation ticket to get a discount on the parking rate at Q-Park at Victoria Square.

Older city hotel with eclectic updates and a cool vibe. We booked a standard king room ("dinky") -- which was smaller in size but had everything we needed for a 1-night stay in Belfast on our way to the northern coast. We did not book the room including breakfast, so I can't speak to any of the food or drink that the hotel offers but the bars definitely got busy at times!

The facilities at the hotel were first rate, nice breakfast at a reasonable price and lovely evening meal on the first night. Location was ideal for the conference centre and is in easy reach of the shops. Room nice and peaceful.

That I couldn't open a window. I couldn't seem to get the temp control to change. Coffee bags had a weird taste.

Great atmosphere, very friendly and helpful staff. The hotel has several 'zones' - meaning it's a good place to hang out, work, eat as well as sleep. Excellent soundproofing.

All the staff were fantastic. I would like to thank Colin from maintenance for replacing a bulb so quickly but I must give a special mention to Grainne on reception who went above and beyond to be helpful.

The room was smaller than expected, probably due to the shape of the room and being the room next to the lift, which surprisingly the noise didn't bother us. The light in the bathroom was far too bright Only two minor points and wouldn't stop us from staying there again

Staff and facilities at the hotel were great, staff were very helpful and accommodating Food on site was fantastic both in the steak restaurant and in the bar It's definitely a hotel we would come back to next time we are in Belfast
