Everything was super. A great breakfast including fresh fruit salad and Greek yoghurt, excellent rooms, and extra things: lots of interesting and varied books to borrow, and excellent advice about a beautiful short walk by the river. And an interesting heritage centre round the corner, for a rainy day. A quiet place too.

United KingdomLocal railway station only runs four trains a day but that's another story and maybe a letter to TFW.
Breakfast was smashing not too much but not to little and kept me going most of the day,my room was spotless and the shower was just right temp wise and also spotless. Bed was comfy and the room light and airy in fact the hole house is beutifully kept with outside seating and a well planted border great to sit out with a cold drink on a hot day. The Town has all the charm you'd expect in mid Wales with it's River running through a beutiful spot. Lorna is very accomadating and nothing seems to be to much trouble just ask. This is my first stay here after driving through it on the A483 many times before only stopping for fuel or a drink. Location is key here and not far from a number of interesting spots and of coarse local history. I can't recommend enough, for a B&B this is Hotel quality and i will stay again as i also like the Pub which is a little gem.

This lovely B&B is superb. We parked on the street, but there is parking at the side of the house. We were greeted by Ian and Lorna and shown to our room on the second floor. The room was very spacious, clean and tidy, as was the whole house. The en suite shower room was spotless and the shower was wonderful. Shower gel and shampoo were supplied. Towels were also provided and lovely and soft. Slept very well both nights. The double bed was really comfortable and the double quilt was suitable for summer. The breakfast, cooked to order, was delicious and beautifully presented. Lorna's local knowledge is huge and she knows all the best walks and places to go nearby. There are several pubs and hotels in the town that serve evening meals. All recommended by Lorna. We chose to eat out at lunchtime, while we were out touring the area. We could keep going on about how superb this B&B is, suffice to say we highly recommend it.

The location was very central easy walking to the town center. Absolutely stunning and spotless bedroom, bed was super comfy, great shower. The breakfast was superb enjoyed having fresh fruit salad. Lorna and Ian were very informative advising lovely walks to take and where to eat etc. It has to be one of the best guest houses we have stayed in.
