We stayed for 3 nights. Every member of staff was proud of their hotel, enthusiastic, helpful, engaging and passionate about creating a great customer experience. This wasn’t corporate training, rather a real sense of ownership. We’ve not seen this anywhere else. Outstanding. The property has been recently refurbished and offers high quality accommodation, meals at breakfast and dinner were at the same standard. The location is also excellent, close to the beach with super coastal walks and villages. A real find.

A delightful property with a warm welcome waiting for you. Beautifully decorated with a well-stocked bar and excellent breakfast. We were in room 3 which is a little quirky in that the bathroom is across the public corridor, but I believe other rooms have an ensuite bath/shower room. Unfortunately, we were there for a very short visit, but we will be returning to this great property to enjoy it further. The views are wonderful even of a freezing cold morning. It is within walking distance of Tresaith beach which boasts a good Brains Pub.

As I mentioned I would have preferred ensuite. Other than that excellent and clean.

Staff and food was excellent - would have preferred ensuite for the room, the bed was very comfortable and the room quiet. Overly a wonderful experience. I really could not be happier with the staff as they are thoroughly lovely.

Perfect stay from arrival to departure. Free drink offered on arrival so I had he prosecco ( it would have been rude not too). Staff were warm and welcoming even the gorgeous dog. Breakfast was delicious and best coffee I've had in a B&B. Bed and pillows fab although one thing I think they were feather so be warned if you have allergies. Great place to stay if you want to get away from it all and close to the coastal path and within driving distance of Cardigan

Motion detecting light switched off halfway through showering lol.

Spotlessly clean, with all the mod cons, staff couldn't do enough for us. Free glass of prosecco. Breakfast was excellent, lovely view of the sea.

Only realised whilst reading the reviews that not all rooms are ensuite. Luckily, I was able to contact the hotel and easily change this with an extra payment of £20.

Easy check-in and no fuss after a long drive for a last-minute business trip attending to an emergency in New Quay. Usually stay in Premier Inn's all over the country but nothing was available in the area so went off-piste! What a lovely little find - great room & TV worked well (Netflix a bonus). I didn't have any of the meals although everything looked absolutely lovely & I wished I was staying with my Husband for a couple of nights so I could have enjoyed it all - beautiful decor and spotlessly clean.

Fabulous location. Close to a very picturesque bay and beach. The hotel is set in a very quiet spot and is a beautiful house that has been tastefully renovated. Staff were helpful and friendly. Brilliant breakfast.

We couldn't fault the accommodation the design and decor were excellent. The staff were friendly and helpful and went out of their way for us. The food was excellent with the emphasis on local produce. Will stay again.

Lovely restored Victorian house. staff were very friendly and welcoming. breakfast and dinner both excellent. short walk to beach and ship inn for a drink. uphill on way back though. Room was comfortable and very clean.

Lovely breakfast made with quality local produce. A nice clean modern feel about the place with heritage themes throughout. A nice reception entrance and cosy bar downstairs. Nicely decorated bedroom with modern shower room. Good selection of local maps to help plan coastal walks. Very nice staff at all times.

There wasn't anything we didn't like.

We liked everything about Bryn Berwyn. Everyone was very welcoming and friendly - nothing was too much trouble, The location was beautiful, the house was stunning and the bedroom comfortable and so tastefully decorated The breakfasts were delicious and the evening meals were very tasty.
