Nothing to dislike.

Owners were brilliant from start to finish, made us feel at very much at home. The pool was amazing. Hot tub wasn't working but waived the fee for the sauna instead which was a great gesture. Only disappointing thing was that we were only there for 1 night! Will certainly be back!!

Mary . Amazing women and owner. Yes we was in hotel but I was feeling like home ,very welcome atmosphere and for that huge thank you Mary. Room sparkly clean. Beautiful big bathroom. I know I will be back and not once. We very enjoyed pool and jacuzzi. If somebody reading this review and still thinking going in Browns hotel or not JUST GO , YOU NOT WILL BE DISAPPOINTED

We had an absolutely AMAZING day at this wonderful house. Mary, the host, was incredibly friendly and made us feel right at home. The facilities exceeded or expectations, creating a perfect retreat for my partner and me. We highly recommend this charming place for a memorable and delightful gateway.

The pool, jacuzzi, sauna and sunbed were all brilliant. Mary and Jim were amazing hosts. Before i came down i spoke with them to see if they would decorate the room for my partners birthday and they didnt hesitate to do so. The room was decorated lovely and the place was beautiful we stayed in. Cant thank them enough, will most definitely be back.

The facilities were just breathtaking, incredibly well looked after and luxury standards. The bedrooms are massive and very very comfortable, equipped with everything you can need and the access to a pool and jacuzzi are great. The couple who live there and run it are incredible kind and helpful, they recommended places for take away and to visit around and they make you feel like you’re visiting family. Very very recommended!

Mary and Jim were exceptional hosts, welcomed us like we were home from home. The place is just immaculate.....and to those who love a bit of glitter and sparkle, it really is a dream! The room was such a delightful space, big and comfortable with mood lighting. The king-size bed was very comfortable and good sized TV. The added bonus was the pool and jacuzzi open from 7am till 10pm free of charge, towels and robes provided. There is a sauna for an extra small charge as well as private jacuzzi bath and a small but well equipped gym and a sunbed £1.50 per 3 minutes. The guesthouse is set in idyllic countryside but only a ten minute drive from Peterhead centre. We explored the cliff tops along to Slain Castle, we ate out and enjoyed exploring but equally had so much quiet time, disconnected from the busyness of life and even had the chance to read a book and truly unwind. I'd absolutely recommend this place and can't wait to go back!
