Only 1 lift working so had to wait ages. Floorboards uneven under the carpet, not only in the room but in corridors too. Coffee really awful, both in room and at breakfast.

Good breakfast, buffet style but very good.

The room was stuffy, not enough ventilation. Our room has no windows which wouldn't have been such a problem if ventilation had worked properly

The lobby of the hotel - magnificent! History of the hotel is very interesting The matrass is good, comfortable to sleep

Being questioned by security on return at night. I was perfectly sober and I am 64 years old. Meanwhile, let's say "refreshed" younger people waved through no problem.

It was fine and I'd stay again.

We're being put in a wired-shaped room, and the window was so far away that we couldn't really close it; therefore, quite a lot of bugs fly into our room. The toilet was really hard to flush because of the old infrastructure.

The room was pretty big with beautiful interior of the building, and location is close to the station by walking.

Great location, Ok hotel. Please work on your key card entry and night time access.

When getting back at night, it was not sufficient with showing our keys to the 2 door guardians. They claim this is for security purposes, however they go into as deep as asking first and last names, and once verified, they go on to also request the same from my wife whilst we are holding hands! This element of who can get through, whilst they look at the list, is poor. The door card also keeps disconnecting with the usual questions that date back to the 90s... don't put this next to a mobile or wallet/card.....none applied, yet when we had to get into the room we had to get all our way back to reception for reactivation to our key for room number ... It was as simple as giving them the room number we wanted to activate with less questions asked than when trying to enter the hotel at night!

The location of this hotel is great. its a stone throw away from the shopping area, and busy social hotspots.

Paying for WiFi in the room is ridiculous, room was extra space, but not for a double, but for 4 people to stay, with only the double bed was on the lower floor two single beds on the upper floor where the TV was situated, room were out-dated, so was the shower room. View was poor, office building opposite the hotel room.

It’s good situated in the centre, the breakfast was good value for the money. staff was friendly and helpful.

Not enough plug sockets in the room, no main light only lamps. Couldn’t get shower to work. I had to go down multiple times to activate my key card which was annoying. Security and staff aren’t that friendly seems hostile.

I like how close the Hotel is to everything in the city.
