Patch of carpet was wet beside the bed and wardrobe space a bit tired and in need of updating but to be fair they are renovating rooms already so it will be interesting to see what is done. Inside of the lift shaft needs a good clean - if you have a glass fronted that needs addressing.

A pleasant hotel. Good location to the Bristol Coach Station and public transport. Nearby to shops. The hotel room was comfortable. Breakfast and dinner lovely. The steak that I had was delicious.

My room still had a dirty glass on the balcony. The carpet was dirty but the bed and bathroom were lovely and spotless and lots of glasses outside my door when I checked in.

At £300 for one night for 5 of us, it was a bit eye watering expensive. However, compared to other hotels where we would have had to get two rooms, the king suite actually worked out good value.

Loved the suite for our family of five. The sofa bed was no way big enough to sleep two, but the staff kindly bought a extra put up bed. We were really comfortable and there was loads of space. The bathroom was huge and the children loved the fact there was a TV in the bathroom! The breakfast was amazing!

Undercooked sausages, Shower gel bottle was empty Toilet had issues flushing

Staff were fantastic, eager to help and upgraded our room from twin to a double, very helpful and happy to answer all questions I had. The breakfast was mostly delicious, the sausages were pink in the middle and the water glasses are pointlessly small but the rest of the items were great. Located in a brilliant Central area very close to all the things we wanted to visit, parking was decent, £20 per night so we were able to park for around 24 hours which is a good price for a city centre.

The central location was great and with the added bonus of having the carpark next door. The staff were very friendly on reception and in the restaurant at breakfast. The room was clean and quiet and the bed was super comfy

The shower didn’t work properly as there was only scalding hot water therefore it was unusable. As it was midnight it was too late for me to bother reporting it that night. The room was boiling hot and the so called air con didn’t work

The use of the carpark. I have never had to access a NCP car park to get to a hotel ever. We have been to many many hotels around the world and never experienced this.

Having requested an early check in since we were due at a wedding at 3pm, we were firstly delighted and relieved that our room was indeed available, but then were rather shocked that you wanted £10 for each hour before the regular 3pm book in. It was 12.30 at this point but an accommodation was reached…

Parking facilities were excellent being able to offload from the NCP Carpark under cover and check in before parking the car. A cost of £20 for the 24 hours applied which we settled at reception. Subsequently reception activated the ticket to enable us to get through the barrier upon leaving. Comfortable, quiet room. Close enough for the Registry Office where we were headed on foot. Breakfast was excellent, plenty of variety, hot plates, plenty of assistance. Our waitress, Mriktta, was especially delightful.
