We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomOverall state of the building. where were the renovated rooms??? Everything is old and needs replacing. A lot of damage and scratches etc. definitely not for families. Cleaning could be a bit better....

United KingdomThere was a TV in the room on the wall but nowhere near a plug socket so couldn't watch it. The window wouldn't shut so it was cold in the night, we didn't even stay at the Galloway we got sent across the road to the adina, wasn't worth £117 for one night at all, very disappointed.

United KingdomStarting from First impressions it was located on a rough street with kids kicking a football around I tried checking in and no one was there. Finally found a guy that was seemed to be in his sitting room watching TV he seemed annoyed that I’d bothered him and grunted that my key was in the door lazy and poor customer service as for the room the bed was ok but there wasent enough pillows I had two very flat pillows and was uncomfortable and didn’t feel like bothering the scary owner downstairs I had a kettle and two dirty and dusty mugs but no tea/coffee in the room there was one plug socket and there is no Wi-Fi here yet again dident want to disturb the lazy owner nor use his personal Wi Fi The bathroom was very cramped and the shower looked dirty and the whole bathroom floor was soaking wet as the guy next door had a shower the guy next door kept banging his door and making noise and there was people screaming and shouting outside that I heard through my window and it was too hot to close it this hotel is very basic and you get what you pay for it felt budget accommodation like what I’d expected but there is better budget hotels in Blackpool with tea/coffee and WiFi at least
You get what you pay for £16 for a bed for the night is pretty good value for money room had just enough space and was clean to a passable standard it wasn't out of this world if you like extreme budget hotels for travelling or just a bed for a little sleep this is for you

Comfy beds, the gentlemen I checked in with was sound. Was only to sleep in after working and till I moved into new property.

United KingdomWe was charged for 2 rooms when we only needed 1 and used 1 I did ask why I had been charged for 2 and asked for a refund on 1 room as we didn't need too I didn't get a refund we came back at night too get in there is a number too ring at the door for reception no answer tried again a man answered we had woken up at spoke very rudely I said we can't get in he said u can't check in at this time I said I don't want too check in I want get too my room he said oh sorry il let u no jus not a nice experience was worried we'd have nowhere sleep and no lights worked in the room was pitch black and woke up to pigeons running round in the celing it wasn't nice won't stay again
