Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Hotel has been totally refurbished to a very high standard which was seen in the overall decoration of the room which had en suite facility a large smart TV coffee/tea and a large king size bed. The breakfast was all freshly cooked to order not a buffet.

United KingdomWe have stayed previously, so went back as it was superb last time too, however, and this is the only downside with the Brisbane, but very important that future guests are aware of, as we wasn't until the night of arrival. There is no restaurant, that we could live with, but there also no bar? We'd been out for a drink and then returned to finish the night off with a couple more beers, but when I asked what time the bar closed, was told there wasn't one, but I could have a pint in my room? Why would I want to do that, we'd already been out for some food and wanted another beer in a nice seating area for a chat, without my 87 year old father in law having to venture back out. I've never stayed at a Hotel which doesn't have a bar, despite there being pumps in the Breakfast room next door. Sorry to go on about it, but this did put a bit of a damper on our stay there and will need to reconsider when booking my next trip.
The room was very nice and spotlessly clean. The breakfast was excellent. The location was ideal and the parking was a bonus. Staff were all very friendly.
