Breakfast was good and smoked salmon wow. Coffee is nice too. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. Nice big bed. Quiet room and not far too most of the restaurants.

We had 2 budget rooms as we were working over a weekend. Room small, but clean, nice shower small but water hot, coffee and tea, breakfast continental, very nice plenty of fresh choices of fruit, bread cerals. Staff very good.

Wouldn’t recommend staying on the upper floors if you are of limited mobility. No lift. Am pretty active but was blowing getting to top floor.

Carl responded very promptly to our email to reassure us arriving late would not be a problem which we appreciated as our plane was delayed 5 hours and we were concerned about possible late access. Plenty of choices for the Continental Breakfast. Walking distance to and from train station. The seafront and the Brighton i360 at the bottom of the street. Excellent location.

The staff were very helpful and polite. The accommodation was neat and tidy. Although it was a continental breakfast there was plenty of choice. It is convenient for the town or the beach.

Really lovely guesthouse. Welcoming and warm staff, spotlessly clean, great facilities, right on the front and beautiful views from the front rooms. Great location for exploring. Quiet considering the location. Really good breakfast options, served until 10 too. There's no cooked breakfast but options available are perfect for us. Boiled eggs, cereal, yoghurt and dried fruits and nuts, fresh fruit salads every day, all manner of continental options, breads cheeses, meats, salmon, crispbread, breakfast bars, etc etc. Croissants and pain au chocolat. All dietary requirements catered for too. Fruit juices, all types of teas, and lovely coffee. My favourite place to stay in Brighton. Highly recommended.

There is nothing to complain about.

Great location for the city centre and only 10 min walk from the railway station. Easy to find on returning from a reunion - bump into Brighton 360 and turn right! Breakfast was continental but plenty of choice and quantity and fresh. Staff are very pleasant. No problems at all in returning to this hotel in the future.

Everything was spot on.

Perfect location, near to the i360 and beach. The people were so welcoming and the building very clean, light and spacious. Breakfast was amazing, continental style and everything so fresh and wonderfully presented. We had boiled eggs, smoked salmon, hams, cheeses, Mackerel, pastries, cereals, yoghurt, fruit - too much to list but was so good, you'll never want another full English again! The bedroom was comfy and clean, with wardrobe and drawers, bathroom spotless. We have found our favourite Brighton place to stay.

Nothing, very happy with everything.

Location couldn't be more central, literally steps from the Brighton i-360. Excellent choice. Continental breakfast was very good, alot of variety, they also have non-dairy milks & hot chocolate as drink options. Staff very attentive. Free pastries throughout the day was a very nice touch.
