Lovely little BnB . Warm welcome on arrival and lovely clean room with all you need . There was a mix up with our room to start , but this was soon rectified by Julie . The breakfast was lovely and plenty of it . Would highly recommend and stay here again when we’re in the area .

The bed was huge, and so comfy! Complimentary bottles of water in the fridge, and the most powerful bedside fan I've ever seen to help us combat the heat. Off road parking. Friendly welcoming host, fresh cooked breakfast. Everything was spot on!

We only stayed one night. We felt very welcome and there was nothing that Julie wouldnt provide for us. Everything and more in our room. A good fridge, hairdryer, large bottles of shampoo/conditioner/hand soap, amazing shower, tea and coffee and biscuits. Room was clean and bed very comfy. We had a wonderful full English Breakfast the following morning and a play with Cocoa the gorgeous sheepdog. We would definitely book a stay again.

I was there for Eurovision and so I was out very late most nights, I also understand that they run a very busy B&B, but I think it would be better for breakfast to finish a little later, at maybe 10am rather than 9am. I was still offered cereal and coffee after 9am which was lovely and very much appreciated, but would have enjoyed the full breakfast too if it was still available.

The owners are absolutely wonderful, so very friendly and welcoming, very fun to chat to. The room was comfy and clean with everything I needed, coffee and tea, shampoo, body wash etc. The location is great in terms of getting to and from the city centre, there are buses pretty much right outside and Uber is cheap to get home. The area felt very safe too, as a solo female traveller this was very important to me.

Julie and Pete are amazing hosts. Kind and friendly. Nothing is too much trouble for them. Clean and comfortable room. The bed was so comfy we didn't want to leave it. x breakfast was so nice. Full English was freshly cooked and piping hot. Again, nothing too much trouble. Free parking. Short bus or taxi into Liverpool Definitely, would stay again. x.

The owners welcomed us and were so friendly. The rooms were a good size and it was well located to catching a bus into Liverpool City centre Loved meeting the family dogs in a morning

The host Julie was very warm and welcoming and very accommodating. The room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. There was a little station within the room with tea, coffee, water and biscuits too which was lovely. Breakfast was really good and so fresh, Joan was very friendly and warm.
