We couldn’t think of anything.

This BnB is a luxury BnB and has very high standards in cleaning, hosting and food. The rooms are spotless and look like they have been decorated. The rooms keep the noise outside to a very minimum. The curtains provide a near black out! The bed was very comfortable. The shower looks brand new. The fridge in the room was a very nice touch and one that many BnB should take note.

Love this B & B, stayed 2 years running for the airshow. Great hosts, nice position, clean comfortable and good breakfast. This place will always be my first choice when staying in Eastbourne.

Great breakfast, located on the sea front, perfect for the weekend

Would have preferred for the bathroom to be within the room but mainly due to the design of the building not practical. I found the breakfast room a bit small as it felt cramped when all the occupants were having breakfast.

Excellent location, close to the town centre. Breakfast was fantastic where there was a lot of choice. The hosts make a point of knowing your name when you arrive and show where your room is. Nothing was an issue for them.

Everything. The location was beautiful. My room was quiet and immaculately clean on arrival. Very comfortable bed. My hosts were so friendly and kind but gave me space and time to enjoy my stay peacefully. The breakfast was one of the best you could wish with a really varied choice. I loved my stay at Breakers and will look to stay again in the future.

A gem of a place. Couldn't fault it. We had a large room with balcony & panoramic views of the sea. The full English breakfast was excellent, good quality ingredients & not greasy. Would highly recommend & plan to return next time we visit Eastbourne.

Parking can be an issue, hence once I found a free space I left my car and used public transport.

It's the second time this year I've stayed at Breakers. This time I had room 4 a single room w a separate shower room. It is exceptionally clean and it's tastefully decorated. Having a shower room along the hall they thoughtfully have a robe you can use. The bed is comfortable with very nice quality sheets. The breakfast is very good. I enjoy the fresh fruit salad and joghurt. The full English breakfast is composed of local Sussex produce and you can have a vegetarian option. I particularly enjoyed the back bacon. The owners are friendly and very helpful. The weather wasn't good whilst I was there. It is a reasonable walk into the town but it's all flat. I managed to park for free along the front (the Hastings side) about 100yds from The hotel, and didn't need to move my car during my two night stay .Breakers is a very comfortable clean and welcoming b and b, and I'd definitely return again.

There was nothing we didn't like.

5 star accommodation 5 star breakfast 5 star hosts The accommodation was exceptionally clean and decorated beautifully. It was situated in a quiet area , overlooking the sea front, within walking distance of the town centre , theatres , shops and restaurants. There was no parking on site , but there was plenty of parking in the surrounding area. We would definitely recommend it.

I was warmly greeted by the host, the room was clean, bright, perfectly lovely! Breakfast was delicious and again the host looked after all the guests. The sea front was just across the road and the peir within walking distance, would book again the next time I'm in Eastbourne

The hotel was not far the beach front. And very clean and friendly. Will try next time I'm down at eastbourne. Will try an d see if there is room.

I didn't travel with many toilet accessories and would have liked that body wash and shampoo to be replaced daily.

Nice and quiet room, very welcoming hosts. Beautifully served breakfast, they used quality products, so the fruit salad, ham, eggs, tomatoes, and gluten-free toasts were of excellent quality.

Marc and Christie are extremely kind and welcoming and helpful. It was impeccably clean and we directly felt like home. The breakfast was great too, there is a great choice and we enjoyed chatting with Marc in the morning.

Great location,Mark & Christine were great hosts. We had room 3 with a balcony which gave us great sea views ,it was only a short walk into town where there are plenty of bars and restaurants. I couldn't leave a review without mentioning the breakfast, fresh fruit, cereal, yoghurt fruit juice & of course the full English. Room & hotel were spotlessly clean, best b&b we've stayed at.

Friendly welcome from our host who was always accommodating. Very comfortable room. Breakfast was a delight every day, everything cooked to perfection. The location was perfect, being approx. 10 minute walk to the centre of town. Would definitely recommend.
