Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Lively bar area which hosted live entertainment on our visit ( this is a regular occurrence at the venue). Room was pleasantly decorated and had a good sea view.

United KingdomThe entrance from the rear of the building takes you near the entrance to the bar and there is no obvious reception desk. When we arrived, I went inside to check in. There was a function going on in the bar and it was really noisy and crowded. I had to go to the bar and attract the attention of one of the bar staff, a young man. He didn't utter any words of welcome, but he began to check us in using an electronic device on the bar. He told me we were in room one and handed me the key. Not knowing the layout of the hotel, and there being no apparent signs pointing to the rooms or anywhere else, I asked him. "How do I find room one?" His reply, totally straight-faced, was, "It's got number one on the door." He wasn't trying to be funny, I think he just thought I was stupid. I said, "No, which direction do I go in?" He pointed towards the doorway leading to the hall and said, "Up the stairs and turn left." When I told my wife about it, we both had a laugh, but it wasn't really the way to deal with a paying guest.
The location was lovely, overlooking a wide grassed area which led to the beach. The view from the room was really beautiful. The room itself was clean and comfortable with everything we needed. The food in the restaurant was lovely. We had really nice steaks. At breakfast, a really nice lady served us and chatted to us and made us feel welcome. We enjoyed our stay.

Breakfast was very good, as was the dinner although so generous that I only had a main. The room was generous for a single room & had a lovely view. The walk by the sea was great.
