The beds are a little small, especially an adult in the singles and the mattress on the double so soft that if sharing you roll into the centre, other than that all great. It was noisy at times outside with residents returning from nights or starting activities early in the morning, the walls a very thin! 9.30am is a little early for check out.

Excellent location, staff and facilities. The Pier restaurant and amusements excellent. The accommodation (3 Bed caravan) was on the whole very comfortable with a lovely veranda to enjoy time outside. The kitchen is well equipped and its great to have 2 WC's. The accommodation was very clean and was ready early on the day of our stay.

Could have done with some curtains in the bedrooms. Too light on a morning for my lot! Aware of space issues but possible light for the other side of the bed in the main bedroom. (But this was by no means a big issue, more of a tip)

Local roads sre narrow but this is common in English coutryside however there is large parking at the desitabtion.

Appartment was ready even few hours before so that we could enjoy our stay longer and visited the local atractions. Nice and friendly personel. Well designed, comfortable apartament with sea view

Nothing, other reviews had moaned about the hill up to the accommodation, but its really not that bad.

Everything, the apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. The view was superb! The staff were excellent & we have booked again for next year.

We stayed in the decks apartments number 70. The apartment was clean and tidy and modern, just what me and my family needed for our week away. The view was absolutely stunning and would highly recommend 👌

No walk in shower. Bath mat was ultra slippery. Kettle kept turning itself off and on. To Boil took about 10 mins. No hooks on back of bedroom door. Would have been useful to hang bathrobe. Noise of children and adults in and out of their apartments and talking loudly outside from 10.30pm both nights.

Good sea view, clean and comfortable apartment. Great access to The Pier for excellent food. Parking straight outside was helpful.

Amazingly clean and spacious caravan, I came with my two daughters aged 17 and 19 they had plenty of room. Veranda was lovely with table.and chair a little sun trap. Beds were comfortable and bed were made up.on arrival.

Single beds in both rooms were different heights unable to push them together. No towels provided

The caravan was very clean with plenty of kitchen equipment. Nice to have two loos, as we were 3 adults. Site clean and well maintained. 2 sets of keys were given. Bathmat provided on request. Upon arrival the outside of the property didn't appear very attractive The bannister and woodwork outside the front door was dirty and requires painting There were cobwebs in the corners of the area outside the property The price was rather high I felt considering there were chalets at other nearby campsites which were far closer to the sea front but pretty much same quality and price

The hill back to the property was a bit steep and the balcony did not get any sun

The views and quietness. The double bed was really comfortable and the shower was excellent. It felt safe, our grandsons were able to go to the beach on their own(14 and 16) without us having to worry.

What's not to like!

We really liked the location of the apartment which was on an elevated position with amazing panoramic views of the bay. The apartment was extremely clean. The staff were very friendly. We ate at The Pier House twice. Delicious food. Special mention to Phoebe. We will definitely be returning again.

No mirror in master bedroom and quite a tight squeeze to get round end of bed without knocking legs on sharp corners of the bed.

Good facilities. Full kitchen. Central heating . Modern decor. Sockets with usb ports. Comfy beds. Good bathroom.

Was the property we stayed in had an huge light right outside the bedroom Window that illuminated the room at night... It lite the whole room.. Needs either curtains or a light that dims until someone comes near... Would be more energy efficient too...

There is a large hill up to the apartments which could be a struggle for some but not a problem for us. There was nothing that we didn't like!

We had a perfect stay in the decks apartment, cleanliness was amazing (and we're fussy)! I couldn't fault it at all. Comfortable beds, amazing sea views, fab location and easy parking. Check in was straight forward, I couldn't fault the stay at all. We've booked to come back in the summer :)

The saucepans were not very big, it would have been a bit challenging to cook for 4. The wifi is not always up.

The unit was more like a flat with fantastic views over the bay, very comfortable, clean, efficient heating (being October) and hot water heating system. Well appointed, with parking just outside. We felt safe and within walking distance of the beach, pub, stores but at the same time it was very quiet. The surrounding flats were very respectful and there was no annoying noises from the neighbours. The reception was very friendly. Had even had access to a tap to rince wetsuits.

The check-in time is too late at 4.30pm and checkout at 10.00am is too early, lose a day with these times.

Lovely accommodation great location and views including amazing sunsets. Lovely to have a bath and shower.
