It cleanliness wasn't up to our standards, debris and dust on the floor, dirty dishes etc. The shower temperature setting doesn't work well, it needs fixing (the water was boiling hot, we couldn't set it on colder the first night we were there).

The location was practical, easy way to the city centre by bus, the owner was quickly responsive and answered our questions. The apartment is cozy.

Had some issues with the heating so the house was freezing on the first night which wasn’t good for December. Managed to make it slightly warmer for the second night but still very cold. Conversely the hot water from the shower was almost scalding and couldn’t be used for long! Definitely needs looking at. Some basic amenities like tea/coffee would have been nice to make a hot drink, especially considering the heating. Also things like a corkscrew or bottle opener would have been nice.

Lovely location in a great part of the city, clean and comfortable. Lots of bars, restaurants and shops around and a short bus ride or taxi from the city centre. Had some issues with the heating and the TV but the host was quick to respond and sent a handyman round to look at the TV.

The location of the house and area, had everything one could possibly need. Our intentions are to stay there again.

Location was excellent, central to food store, eating places, pubs, pharmacy, churches, bus stop. The local people were friendly and welcoming.

very little to be honest few things need fixing ,glass table is unsteady needs repair ,toilet roll holders need fixing ,could have done with more toilet roll and washing up liquid ,few drawers and things in kitchen need a bit more cleaning but I have to say minor things ,

bed in largest room was comfier than any hotel ,had 3 great nights sleeps !! very quiet in this area nothing woke us no noise at night very respectful neibhours here for sure !! really nice that the host had tea coffee salt and pepper there that was a nice touch ,towels were plentiful ,beds very well turned down ,we had Wi-Fi and access to Netflix ,Disney ect ,heating easy to use if needed

The apartment was cold when we arrived and when we switched the heating on it was not sufficient to warm it up. Please fix the shower head, it had to be held with one hand while washing yourself with the other.

Great to have two bedrooms. Though not in city center the location was good to access local buses, bars and few restaurants.

Really nice house, perfect for a weekend away in Belfast. Was kept very clean. Good communication with the host and the house was more than enough space for 4 of us - very happy with our stay!

House was not properly cleaned when we arrived. The neighbourhood is not very nice with no good cafes/restaurants within walking distance.
