We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

Nice boutique apartment, especially high standard clean and comfortable. Easy access to small town centre, nice break for breakfast, lunch, tea and evening meal there, also pub! Lovely walk around the original buildings (amazing), history - Captain George Vancouver, King's Lynn Museums and small dock - pop in for homemade cake afternoon tea by the dock.

United KingdomUnfortunately the pub next door had a band playing the second night we there and them loudly loading their equipment into a van right outside in the early hours spoilt an otherwise lovely night's sleep! It wouldn't put us off staying again though

The property itself was lovely. Absolutely spotless and beautifully presented. Loved the little Easter touches too! The Housekeeper finished early so owners texted me to say we could gain access at 1pm instead of 3pm.

Fabulous place, everything you could possibly need in a compact yet spacious apartment. Situated in the center of Kings lynn, close to shops and bars but still fairly quiet. 24h car park a couple of minutes walk away at a charge of £2.90.

United KingdomAs we are getting on a bit - in our mid-60s! - perhaps a more comfortable table to eat at would be great!? This did not however detract in any way from a really enjoyable few days in a really interesting and historic town.
Perfect location just a short walk from everything in King's Lynn. Reasonably priced parking at £2.90 per day just a couple of minutes walk away at Boal Quay. Unusual and quirky apartment which was very clean, comfortable and everything we were expecting. We visit Norfolk a lot and will definitely book at The Vault again next time we want to stay in King's Lynn. Oh, and really good communication too! Thank you.

United KingdomI'm sensitive to cold and felt this was a very cold space. Not surprising with the high ceilings and large windows. There was heating on but I still felt cold. Finding the information on how to get in was lost in the long repetitive emails I received after booking.
