one of the sinks was blocked so couldn’t use that in one room. And couple of the rooms were too hot, no air con. Fans were provided but due to the heat they were just letting hot air. At one point we had 3 fans on in one room (12)

- The rooms weren't soundproof and we could hear everything from the adjacent rooms until very late in the night, including the noise from the hot tub and the tv. - There was a lack of attention to detail in the cleaning of the room. There was no hand soap in the bathroom, and we found a pair of shoes from a previous guest just beside one of the beds.

The room was clean, comfy, and spacious. We had a little inconvenience, the air conditioner wasn't working and the room was extremely warm, even though there were 2 fans there was no ventilation, it felt like being in a sauna. After a few hours, we were moved to another room in which the temperature was perfect!

They were clean but not perfect. A few more items like tea towels, and a plug for the kitchen sink would have been helpful. A table or something would have also been handy.

the location was fantastic and the staff were very accommodating when we needed some fans for one of the rooms as the aircon wouldn’t work so they got two for us.

The Jacuzzi wasn't that clean. When checking out, they didn't have a trolley for clean towels as we just saw them lying on the floor ready perhaps for the next people to check in which was very unhygienic. Also, the deposit scheme took about a week for it to be refunded.

The windows would not open. There were no bars/handles to help getting in or out of the very deep baths and they were very slippy when showering. No slip mats were provided.

We had a small issue with cleaning that has been missed but it was rectified immediately for us

Rooms were great size bit dated but bedding and towels were immaculate it's The staff here that made our stay so enjoyable they were absolutely lovely couldn't do enough for us and made us feel extremely welcome. Young lady on reception (the one with glasses) was simply lovely. Polite, Attentive and professional. I Will definitely be back. Can't recommend it enough.

I could hear everything that was happening in the rooms next door The doors to each room were also flimsy with wide gaps underneath so you could hear everything going on in the corridor

The receptionist that checked us in was really friendly and helpful. It was in a brilliant location, just a small walk to main attractions/bars

Shower room was a tiny bit awkward, had to make sure to move the towels and toilet paper out of the way or else they would get wet. However, this wasn't a big issue and plenty of towels were provided.

Perfect location, right in the centre of town. Staff were very welcoming and helpful. Room was extremely spacious and clean with comfortable beds. It was a last minute booking and the value for money was very good.

When you take a shower the whole bathroom gets wet.

The shower head did not hold upright and still, which means you had to hold it in your hand , which was not very convenient. BUt if you had a bath, you would not have this problem.

The room was really spacious and cosy. The beds were comfortable, though a little soft. The TV was really big and a kettle was provided. The bathroom was a good size too.

The only draw back was the bar closed early but there was a shop close by so was nit t much trouble
