The bathroom was a bit smelly, like damp and mould.

Really really fortunately when we stayed it was a Sunday night and there was no other guests in the next rooms. But I can imagine that if there had been we would have heard everything ... it's definitely geared towards party groups but walls and doors are so flimsy, as if they had been partioned super quickly ... there were also damp patches on the carpet, not great. The other annoyance was the weird hall/lobby outside the rooms with shelves for party drinks? Again, thank god we were there when we were. The doors don't have keys, they have very complicated code box things too and it took us ages to get into the room. We were never sure they were locked, definitely didn't feel secure. Last point (sorry) we found the amount of pre-emails asking us if we wanted balloons, cakes, drinks, in the room .. a bit much .. but again, I just think we were the wrong guests. A big party group might love it!

The room was really large, and if you are going to the streets of/around the Cavern area, it's a great location.

Asked for milk at the reception and was given milk in a glass that smelled like fish and was gone off

Being so close to the bars was noisy. We stayed on a Sunday and it was fairly loud so personally I wouldn't stay on a Friday or Saturday unless u planned to stay out till the bars were closing. A Sunday was OK for one night and I would stay in the week for maybe 2 or 3 nights

We loves the jacuzzi bath. The room was comfortable and spacious and an excellent location if you like to be right in the centre

Ear wigs coming out the jacuzzi jets, sick on one of the door handles when we arrived. Dirty sheet on one of the beds.

Great value for price, great how all beds were in the same room, very large and spacious, perfect for big group stays.

Just felt it could have been a bit cleaner (the couches in the room abit worn) and all the mirrors were behind the couches so made it difficult to use them to get ready, maybe have a full length mirror that isn’t covered

Some of the facilities needed a bit of TLC in the room.

The location was perfect for access to places of interest (eg Matthew Street and the Cavern) the Albert Docks, museums, ferry and major shopping outlets). All within walking distance.

We were put in a room directly above Matthew Street. It was so noisy, it felt like a window was open. Asked at reception to move but staff member was so unhelpful. Kids barely slept, discovered in the morning a pane of glass was missing from double glazing. This was why it was so noisy. Went back to reception and a different staff member (lovely young man) moved us instantly.

Leak outside the room which caused a bad water smell throughout the apartment, VERY dull lights so was hard as 5 girls trying to get ready for a night out, couldn’t open a window for the smells in either the main room or bathroom, carpet was wet from previous clean that had not dried an felt abit sticky, the sofas looks pretty worn out.

Really close to the nightlife without being too nosy, big spacious rooms, staff very friendly and accommodating, plenty of fresh towels, comfy beds, huge tv, bar downstairs seemed busy and backs off onto a busy alley full of bars / Pubs

Good location, right in the middle of everything. From this location, you can explore all the city's beauty. It is surrounded by pubs and bars so expect some noise from the outside during party night or match days. Though it has no parking lots, there is a paid car park nearby.
