The spa receptionist was so unhelpful - first time there and if she had just showed us what to do to access pool etc it would’ve made things so much easier. Instead we just had to keep going back every few mins asking where is the pool? Then how to do we access it? ‘Oh you need a different pass’ - etc etc. it was painful!!

Really disappointed with the spa.Tiny spa pool, full of children with pool noodles, no hot tub. Breakfast was disappointing too, small selection of cooked breakfast in the buffet, small amount of fruit and pastries. The price is probably in line with other hotels but it really wasn't worth it.

Restaurant very mediocre - poor choice of dinner options and overpriced food. Very good wine though. Breakfast expensive for a very basic “travel lodge” buffet. No plug sockets near bed in room. Room upstairs with no lift - poor accessibility.

The generall wear and tear and the dirty carpet in the bar We did not like the boss in the restaraunt with glasses having a go at other staff and we did not have to hear stafff being moaned at in front of us in the bar

Olivia on reception was very pleasent, helpfull and invaluble to your business.The housekeeping lady on Saturday night and the restvof the staff could not have been more helpfull.

Whatever model the TV was is rubbish, no hot water in the morning, WiFi not very good, room quite dark

Overall it is a nice hotel, but is getting a bit tired. The chairs in reception are very worn. Some of the carpets are worn and ready for a change.

Hotel is too expensive for what you actually get, the food in the restaurant was harvester quality ….. very average and not fresh, but expensive. The drinks were very expensive, but we didn’t even get ice. The staff clearly were not very enthusiastic or attentive, the whole place gives the outward impression of being worth the extra money, but in reality it’s clearly about cost cutting.

Mattress toppers made for an uncomfortable sleep. Far too soft pillows. No lift. Shower screen blocked by bath hand rails. No fridge in room.

The hotel is a little ‘tired’ decor is dated. Dining room was functional with no frills.

The cruise package - room, breakfast, parking and transfers which are all included worked well and make things very easy. Staff were friendly and attentive.

It's old, tired.and dated. The carpet.is grubby, I didn't want to take.my shoes.off. the window wasn't secure. The bathroom needs replacing. You should provide water in the rooms . The beds were squeaky. The.noise.from the other rooms was poor.

Breakfast was fine, however serving filtered coffee from a flask is a bit ancient, one would expect a more up to date machine serving fresh coffee, latte and cappucino.

the room, spa and swimming pool were perfect and the location is very quiet. The room was larger then expected.

WiFi not great in room but was excellent elsewhere in hotel. Have stayed multiple times over the years and rooms are looking tired and not well maintained.

Loved the size of room and separate bath/shower.
