A lovely self contained area. Whilst it is adjoined to the house you have your own access. The room has everything you need and there is a lovely coastal footpath walk into town. Highly recommended, many thanks Martin. 👍

Hosts were friendly. Room was clean and came with every add on you could ever really expect. A 10 minute walk from Saint Ives and hosts provided great instructions for local paths and restaurants.

The location was as we wanted. Out of the busy B&B hub but easy walking or driving distance. The room was soooo well fitted our hosts had covered literally eventuality and ‘ nice to haves’

A safety/grab rail leading up the steps, even for very fit and able bodied guests, would have been nice - especially when carrying bags /boxes/shopping/ etc.....and if it were to rain.

Very clean and spotless. Caring and thoughtful hosts , taking a great deal of trouble to ensure a comfortable stay. Many bonus extras like M&S branded toiletries, coffee pods , tea , biscuits , a bottle of fresh milk left for us in the mini fridge. I was delighted to find cleaning materials in the bathroom cupboard, having taken my own , just in case. On any future visit, one less box to carry ! Spacious, bright room, very large comfortable bed, lots of storage space with excellent wardrobes. As a courtesy, I always take our own pillowcases to avoid any natural oils/ face lotion/residual makeup transference on to host's linen. I am very glad we did because the host's pillowcases thus remained snowy white :-) We didn't use them, but bath robes were left for us in the well appointed bathroom, lovely touch. Delightful all round, would definitely recommend.

Absolutely stunning place. Very peaceful. Martin and Claire were the perfect hosts. They thought of everything. Spotless Bed so comfortable Easy walk into St ives. Approximately 15 minutes.. I would definitely highly recommend Boswenna.

Martin was an excellent host. Very friendly, extremely helpful and always on hand whenever required. Room was immaculate, very clean and modern and very tastefully decorated. Location is a little bit of trek from St Ives and Carbis Bay, but we didn't mind as the walk ong the coast was very pretty and burnt off all those excess pounds from the pasties, cider and cream teas that are everywhere around St Ives. I would definitely recommend this property.

This is a lovely apartment off the side of a family home; clean, convenient, immaculately presented and conveniently close to everything you need. The bed was so comfortable and it was very quiet. The hosts were super helpful and friendly too and couldn’t do enough for us. It had everything we needed and more for a weekend break.

I honestly can’t think of anything that would have made the stay any better.

Perfectly situated for the wedding we attended at Tregenna Castle. On a peaceful street but with excellent access into St Ives. The accommodation was spotless, the hosts friendly & attentive & we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Beautifully appointed with access to outside space. The bedroom looks out over the quiet garden. We slept like babies as the huge bed was extremely comfortable too.

Martin care about us 24/7. He makes sure that we have everything what we need. Room was extremely comfortable and extremely clean. Beautiful garden if you looking for place for rest. It takes 30 min from location to the town, which is beautiful and very busy. Lots of great restaurants, you have million choices. Lots of beaches around, you can choose which one suits you the most. We found great, very quiet beach about 10 min driving from location. Huge, clean with lifeguard. You can even have BBQ there 🤩

Nothing really but maybe a bit bigger bin ...myself and my cousin felt a larger bin for empty toiletries and bottles might have been good idea.. as I am bit of a tidy freak.. Cannot fault really anything....

Everything was wonderful,the hosts were lovely without being intrusive. Spacious, clean and everything thought of for an amazing stay. I don't know about some reviews but this was so close to St Ives & the beaches, we walked there in 10 minutes. Perfect location. My family whom were staying at various places whom came for a family wedding at the castle next door, came to pop in to Boswenna and were blown away with how fantastic our accommodation was. We are definitely hoping to visit next year and stay here again....absolutely 10/10...I have travelled a lot with my work and stayed in many hotels...this was definitely lovely stay in every way... They were there to greet us when we arrived and were very helpful in explaining everything. Very enjoyable stay 😀

The room was really spacious, as was the bathroom. Great location, just a 25 minute very scenic walk along the coastal path into St Ives. Martin was very helpful and communicative.

A home from home! A beautiful property, immaculate and had everything we needed for a long weekend. Martin was very welcoming and helpful. We loved the added touches which included toiletries, coffee and tea supplies and milk in the fridge! The bed was also super comfy. Thank you, Jess and Sam
