We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomMy wife & I have just stayed for two nights at the Bosuns Chair.We would thoroughly recommend it.The staff were especially friendly and helpful.A special mention to Jack and Keira.Thanks for the flying saucers!!!..Breakfast was brilliant and well worth it..One word of warning it can be a bit of a climb to your room if on the top floor..Would visit again.

United KingdomCar parking not easy to navigate (but free) but this somewhat down to ongoing garden remodeling. Scaffold surrounding the hotel which perhaps should be mentioned when booking. Very small bathroom but, again, this is being addressed during remodeling the interior.
Brilliant location just 5 mins easy walk to quayside and town. Owner and staff were all very helpful and accommodating, nothing was too much trouble. Lovely comfortable bed and very quiet while we were there.

United KingdomIt was in a central location with good parking. The staff were very welcoming and I was shown to my room, something not many places do now. I had 2 evening meals and breakfast the 2 mornings I was there, the food was excellent. All the staff were pleasant and friendly and very professional. The bedroom was spotlessly clean, a good size and bright and airy. The bed was very comfortable. I would certainly stay here again and would highly recommend it to any one wanting to stay in the area.

Breakfasts lovely, coffee super, nothing too much trouble, couple of requests regarding room dealt with immediately. Spotlessly clean. Nice atmosphere. Very near to station and close to main high street and harbour, both an easy walk.

The staff were all friendly and helpful. Breakfast and evening meals were excellent. Fresh milk was provided if we wanted it, which was much nicer than having long life pots.
