My wife, my daughter and I only stayed one night, we had a problem, the toilet was blocked and we had to go down to another floor to use the other toilet. I didn't have any other problems and I can't really evaluate it because I only stayed one night and left before breakfast.

I liked the location, it is very close to the beach.

My husband was unhappy that there was no cooked breakfast available.

Pleased that there was coffee, tea, juice, water as well as toast, with jams, marmalade etc freely available. Double room was small, but adequate, with TV and WiFi. Small breakfast/dining area and comfortable sitting room available. Able to walk to cliff area and go down to Boscombe Beach, then onto Bournemouth Beach. Both were sandy and the sea appeared clean.

The floors needed some hoovering and the area was a bit dodgy with some interesting characters around.

The communal showers were really good and they had an area to make teas and coffee. It was quiet and the owner was very nice!

Everything need up Grade in the bedroom tv and room service too

The bathroom had a smell in it. No coffee and tea in the bedroom sheet on the bed had hole in it and wasn't iron out .and the tv was a old tv .no cable station it need to up Grade and noises people standing outside ur door.chatting very loud in the morning I won't be stay there again.

Fair walk into Bournemouth but I should probably have done a bit more research and I quite like a stroll anyway. Cab back from Bournemouth town ctr around £7 before midnight so didn't break the bank!

We had an ensuit and the shower head really needed descaling, cleaning out. Noise from other guests.

Location ideal for O2 Academy at Boscombe. Room was clean, bed comfortable. Managed to park outside hotel.

Hard mattress and pillows couldn’t get comfortable. The duvet was dirty. Didn’t like where the shower was located in the bedroom. To much noise from the people above, I did report the issue but once someone told them to keep the noise down they continued later on through the night.

Due to my disability I did find stairs a challenge carrying hot drinks upstairs while also using a crutch. I WAS told about accessibility AND drinks only a available downstairs. ( No kettle in rooms) Hadn't anticipated challenge!! Plug sockets only on floor/ skirting board level and would not fit my charger due to being so close to floor level. Not told about time of 'breakfast room' opening!! ( Opened at 7-30- I had to leave at 8am) !!!Time not on booking site and WAS explained to about breakfast not provided but offered toast and hot drinks only. Small on-suite shower with poor water pressure. Late check-in time I believe too. Hard wooden chair to sit on. Owner ( ?) not asked time of leaving and not available at time of leaving. ( Or could of saved writing this review) !!!

Not a Biggy but a small shampoo/shower gel would of been handy as we did not bring any.

Friendly welcome, premises and our room nice and warm with plenty of hot water. Bed was comfortably and facilities were fine for our 2 night stay. A fridge downstairs was also useful.

Shared toilets were very dirty and in close proximity to the bedroom - bad smells. Toast in the morning, but bread had been left out all night so was not apertizing. Showers were also very dirty.

Room very cold first thing in the morning. Shower took ridiculously long to warm up , even though there was a sign on the wall to warn us. Only saw owner once to let us in and show us to our room.

Great location. Room was nice, kind of strange layout though. Shower opposite a third bed, which could have been awkward had there been 3 of us.
