We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomThe configuration of room 204 was (sorry) badly done. The bed was placed in such a way that the door could NOT possible open fully. In fact a couple of times when we came in on opening the door it banged into the bed which could’ve resulted in a bad bang to the head. Either the room needs to be a single sea view room or the bed needs to be repositioned. Also the wardrobe is on your Right as soon as you enter into the room, so you could Not have the wardrobe door open and the main door open at the same time. It seems like a small issue but the photos will show how it just didn’t work.
We have been before and love the property. Like the e entertainment evening and the resturant is amazing ( was promised a treat for our 25th wedding anniversary while we were there but sadly it didn’t materialise) the bathroom was lovely. Loved slippers and robes a bit of luxury. Great sea view lovely big towels

The breakfast was very comprehensive with the food being very good and as much as you wanted , and the view from the restaurant is great as well . We spent a fair amount of time in our room people watching and enjoying the views of the beach and sea which is always changing .

United KingdomThe only thing is to have more lighting outside the hotel at night as I had difficulty finding my pass key to get in after the entrance door was closed. It was only due to the security man who came out to see if I needed assistance and admitted me into the building.
The hotel is quaint and old-fashioned in a positive way, as I almost expected to see Miss Marple there. The free parking in the nearby streets was a bonus. From the moment that I arrived, I had a warm welcome from the reception, who were very helpful. The room and its facilities were just as i required as I was attending a conference in the town. The breakfast was well-presented and tasty - I recommend the mushroom omelette. It was a pleasure to eat in the conservatory, and I must point out that the waiters were very professional. The room was very clean and it is to the credit of the housekeeping team, who are often overlooked.
