It was like a low running hostel i was bitten all around my wrist by something in my sleep which has caused blisters an bite marks

the location and staff was amazing and the door lock is a great add to the room

Decor was very tired and dated. Wires were hanging loose in the room. Some noise coming from the other tenants but not too bothering.

The hotel was ok. We will actually stay there again maybe in the future but upgrade to a better room. However, saying that, for the price of £46.00 on Easter weekend, we couldn't complain. The decor was very outdated and the curtains were ripped but the bathroom and bedding was spotlessly clean so this is why we rate it as good. I believe that some rooms maybe rented out by the local council for longer term tenants so don't feel it is appropriate for children but do feel it is absolutely fine for somewhere to sleep on a day out in Paignton.

False advertisament about breakast. Was expecting a cooked one. No one really around at breakast. Cleanliness wasnt great. Pillows was covered in yellow tinted stain. Had to use scarfs to sleep on. No hot water all night, handsoap didnt work. No temperature control to room which wouldve veen handy.

Friendly welcome, carried suitcase up for us. Bed was really comfy.

There were no night staff so got locked out one of the nights. There is scaffolding all round the building. No facilities. No staff. Hoovers left all over the place.

We loved the location. Only one minute walk from the hotel to the pier.

Dirty cups n saucers old milk n coffee things behind the unit beside bed breakfast wasn't great options but ok curtains were broke and had spots of mould other then that was average par hotel

The scaffolding, the fact it was like the Marie Celeste most of the time as no one was around, lack of mattress protector, pillow protector and some really vile pillows. Mohammed was really grumpy, very unhelpful and shouldn't be customer facing. The homeless people that arrived and had obviously been housed there. Generally grotty. I don't even want to mention what about the toilet brush and holder as I was nearly sick and don't want to relive it!

The position, the unexpected parking, the balcony and the bit of unexpected breakfast. Also Chesney ( sp? ) was lovely. The shower was good and the shower room had obviously just been redone as you could smell a strong smell of silicone. Customer Service on the phone or WhatsApp is good but we don't want to have to do that all the time when it needs to be staffed. We found other residents had problems and felt the same.

We saw only one member of staff during our stay, and that was when we checked in - even then we had to call a mobile number. The hotel decor / furnishing is old-fashioned and in need of upgrading. The breakfast was very basic but we had been forewarned of this, so it was no surprise. The room wasn't dirty, but for a lengthy stay might have been a little depressing. We were only there for one night, and were glad of the fact.

Located in a fine position on Paignton seafront. Easy to get to from the town centre.

The heat of the room at night. Woke up sweating and had to leave the balcony door open. Couldn't turn the radiator on bathroom off. Bathroom smelt funny. Bed joints were broken.im sure once it's been updated it will be great again.

Wire cut on air conditioning, no ligjt in bathroom - wires but no light fitted , bins still full from last guest , pile of sheets on the floor so seemed the bedding had not been changed, no remote for tv in room, kettle was very dirty
