Friendly welcome from reception on arrival. Clean and comfortable bed, decent sjhower.

Our family room had way too many furniture. We had 2 rooms but one with the double bed had too much furniture, i felt they put in unwanted chairs, bulky cupboards so there to fill in a gap, better to take away the 2 chairs and two side cupboards, and replace with small shelf by bed. You still have a huge wardrobe with shelves and a desk. Mattress (hard as the floor and pillows like paper) were hard to get comfy.

The surroundings are beautiful, well maintained and have friendly staff. Dog friendly, brilliant facilities in the country club. Good variations of tasty breakfast.

The quality of room's very poor. Had to move into 3different bedrooms. No disable facilities . Not brilliant on evening meals. Impossible for me to sit on any chair sofa in lounge/bar area. Completely had there day.

Facilities were amazing with 2 pools, 2 saunas, 3 jacuzzis and a plunge pool together with a gym and other spa treatments available, would definitely go back there. Room was massive.

Water took a while to become hot but was fine when it did. The road to the hotel is in need of attention and the breakfast… was not good! Sausages were processed rubbish, soggy hash brown, very cheap and inedible! For £10 each it was not at all worth the money very disappointing!

The breakfast was a bit disappointing.

The spa was fantastic, the bed was amazingly comfortable and the staff were very friendly. I even got a free room upgrade without asking as they weren’t too busy.

The staff were so friendly and welcoming. I had a lovely chat with the receptionist. Went and used the leisure facilities for the day, which was wonderful. Again, everyone there were so chatty and just completely put you at ease. I didn't eat at the hotel so can't comment on the food.

The people talking until 3 am upstairs 😕 Some strange noises when the heating came on at 6 am that scared the life out of me

We were in the quiet zone but other guests were very loud after 11pm which was disappointing, resulting in me not having a good night sleep. There was a couple getting very handsy in the pool and staffed didn't do anything it was very uncomfortable and this is a family pool. The shower in the room was a little small meaning water got everywhere in the bathroom as the glass shower door was not long enough. We used more towel on the floor than anything.

The location of this hotel was lovely, and quiet, very green and we had a nice garden view from our room. Our room was clean and spacious, nice TV and I'm the quiet zone. The pool was lovely and a short walk from the hotel. They provided towels and it made our trip special. It was a nice stop on our way home and a good chance to unwind.

Bedroom was a little dated and could do with an upgrade. Saying that the room was well heated, tv was great and the bed was really comfy.

The hotel looked a little sad and need of a face lift when we approached but we were met by a lovely member of staff on the reception, the room were clean, bed was comfy. The restaurant and bar area were great. Staff very friendly, food in the restaurant was excellent as was breakfast. All in all good value for the money we paid.

Room greatly in need of refurbishment. Bathroom door handle broke so we had to make sure we didn't close it.

Was a little dated. Very steep stairs to our room. Door into the bathroom was a slide door and felt a little unstable.

Hotel was an excellent location. Easy to travel to. Beautiful grounds and facilities which on this trip we unfortunately didn't make use off. Hotel room was clean warm and offered excellent additional facilities. To include a coffee machine kettle complimentary biscuits. Shower facilities offered shower gel shampoo soap and body lotion. Bed was very comfortable and pleasant room temperature.

Gorgeous location, we attended a wedding which was beautiful! The staff were all lovely. Breakfast was really good. Bed super comfortable with good quality bedding. Lovely and clean.
