A good value for money hotel, the room was clean and comfortable, the only negative thing about the room was the thin walls/ceiling/door! I could hear someone snoring in the room above me, people coming in and out and talking downstairs (not that the people were loud, but the walls just have no soundproof). Overall a positive experience though!

Very little plug sockets available, none next to the bed. Bathroom was fine, if a little broken in places and had a damp smell.

Attention to detail in the rooms regarding the poor diy.

The staff were very pleasant. However the facilities were not up to standard. The room we stayed in was clean but very run down. Holes in walls, lighbulbs missing, the bathpanel on the bath was not fixed on. The table leg was extremely loose. Accessories on the bed were stained. The wood flooring was loose. Carpets and seating in communal areas was dirty and stained. It was passable but needs lots more attention to detail. Location was excellent quiet enough but very close to shops and places to eat.

There was no other mirror apart from a small one on the bathroom and lack of plug sockets. There was only one next to the bed it was very hard to get to to put the phone charger in .

The location, easy checking lady on the desk was nice and friendly.

The property is as run-down as other reviewers suggest. Very shabby and in need of significant investment. But that's why it's cheap, so not necessarily a bad thing! The floor/ceiling divide is a little thin, so footsteps overhead were clearly heard. The nicely quiet street outside partly makes up for this, though.

Its great location and pleasant, quiet street make it a good budget hotel. Staff were friendly and all the important stuff worked, like hot water, shower, coffee machine, etc. Perfectly clean and comfortable. Recommended.

The hotel is a bit old and the toilet is quite small. When I stayed, it was noisy in the morning due to the construction.

There was construction taking place next door, drilling, banging the lot!! Started at 0800, had I known this was the case I wouldn't have booked it. There should have been a warning⚠️

Shower pressure was weak. Hard to get enough water even for a quick shower.

Location, location, location! This is the most benefit that people can enjoy from this hotel. A stone from Earl’s Court or West Brompton station.

Shower wasn't attached to the wall so had to hold the shower head to wash after making reception away still nothing was done to fix this. The water pressure wasn't great just dribbled out and took about 10 minutes to get slightly warm Damage to the walls (flaking plaster and missing skirting boards) Hole in the wall behind the door not as modern looking as the pictures.

Location Reception staff Budget hotel so didn't expect perfection just a few little things would have made it a lot better.

It was far too hot on the room with no AC. A fan was provided but made no difference, while there was a window it was unable to open to let air in. Doors had cracks around the frame so could hear and see any one that passed by.

The room was lovely, nice bathroom area, good comfy bed and lots of storage. Location was great, staff friendly.

The front foyer. Old and it is difficult to see to clerk or speak to them. Showers are small.

Great location. Easy to get bus or tube. Lots of food choices nearby. We were able to leave our luggage after check out. This was so helpful as we had a late evening flight and could sight see without all our bags. Basic room. Clean.

The toilets are really very small, two people cannot fit inside. The cleanliness leaves much to be desired. The view from the room is truly dismal; we had a view of a construction site. The noise from the construction woke us up early in the morning, and I experienced several power outages.

The building work going on when I was there was disturbing, I had a kettle which would not fit under the tap for filling and the shower was very small.

The location near the tube was good for me, the coffee maker was a nice touch, the bed was very comfortable. The TV was good.

Very small room. No cups or pods for coffee. Fridge not working. No universal plugs, so we couldn’t charge our phones. Shower tap broken.
