The property was in the most perfect location it was above a gorgeous bar, the room was incredible I loved the bath tub it was for our anniversary and it was so romantic

The room I stayed in was quite dark and the decor felt slightly cold (the room itself was lovely and warm). I know all the rooms have different themes, so I guess its just a bit of a lucky draw if you get one that suits your vibe.

I loved all the information the owners of the hotel provided for the stay. Although I didn't meet them you could tell they really care about the people who stay there and want to provide the best experience as possible. Additionally, the bed was incredibly comfortable and there were such nice touches for the price you pay. Definitely great value in an excellent location.

Quite noisy from bar below but not a problem. Noise from room above though was bad - all bare wood floors look great but you can hear every step. Bath in room a fun idea but impractical and a bit lethal. Electrics generally not well thought out.

Fabulous location and very creative design in the rooms. Bed very comfy and good selection of amenities. Definitely recommend (just don’t use the bath in Room 1)

The freeze dried coffee option in the room. I do really like my coffee. Appreciate the dressing up of the tea and coffee facilities with the sweets and kilner jars but I feel the freeze dried coffee option can't cut it in the hotel market. For some context, Premier Inn Premium provides Nespresso in the room.

The bed was incredibly comfortable. WiFi works really well as I used for work. The room was very comfortable, bathroom was the same with good soaps, towels and hairdryer. Bar and restaurant downstairs is excellent, food is a really good find and the local beers. I travel to Macclesfield for work once a month and will be making sure this is the place I stay.

Great location for Macclesfield centre. Easy nearby parking. Wonderful breakfast. Very pleasant and helpful staff.

A lovely boutique hotel in central macclesfield warmly and stylishly decorated, great room and warm and welcoming people. I tried it out because i really didnt want to stay in a bland chain hotel again - i was surprised and delighted and will definitely stay again.

Everything was great. Nothing I would fault. My son’s happiness and comfort is everything to me and we came away with him telling me he wished we were staying another night. I’d happily book again.

Lovely people, couldn’t be more helpful. Stayed with my autistic son for the night and had an absolutely brilliant time! Loved the room, loved the town and the wee one would love to go back which for him is amazing. Everyone was so friendly and accommodating.

We couldn't get the TV to work, it was late when we got back to the room and we didn't like ringing anyone for help with this issue.

We loved the location and if we were ever in the area again, we would be back to stay again. We felt that the room was very good value for money.

Very quick and easy check-in. All instructions were clear and easy to follow. The staff were incredibly responsive and understanding. They got back immediately when I contacted them last minute at 10 pm. Rooms were clean, comfortable and a good size. They offer food delivered to the room from the resteraunt downstairs and get a free coffee in the morning.
