You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

We had a fantastic stay, the staff are very professional and friendly, the room was lovely the spa was such a treat and so relaxing and clean. The breakfast in the morning has so many options and all delicious. We are never disappointed when we stay here. Also we had an extra treat in our room due to it being a special occasion which we really appreciated and really added the extra touch to our stay. Not many hotels bother with you now when it is a special occasion, so thank you to the Blythswood for adding to our celebration.

United KingdomWhen we arrived back in the evening we discovered a lot of hair behind the sink from the previous guest shaving. We also couldn’t get the kettle to work in the morning.
The staff are amazing. The concierge greeted us at the door as soon as we arrived and he made us feel so welcome. Everyone else could not have done enough for us.

Staff made our stay so wonderful. As it was my Husband’s birthday I had asked for a balloon to be put into our room. We were totally blown away when we saw balloons all over the bed with a birthday banner, complimentary drinks, birthday card and a tray with Happy Birthday in chocolate and two chocolate treats! Well done to all the staff and thank you so much your hard work it was much appreciated. We were invited for complimentary drinks in the lobby then enjoyed a lovely meal in the restaurant. From the moment we arrived staff were attentive, friendly and professional. We visited the Spa and again enjoyed the facilities. We would highly recommend this beautiful hotel. Our room was lovely and had everything we could possibly need. Only one small suggestion would be to have a towel rail in the bathroom to ensure our towels were dry before re using them.
