We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomAlthough they were more than happy to move their own vehicle to enable us to park, the area had little or no parking facilities. They have tried to get permit parking but the council are not being helpful.
The hosts, the place, their helpfulness, the facilities, food, and so much more were fantastic. They could not have done more for us. They even went beyond their remit on helping us with our car problem. And their extensive knowledge of the local area, including a fantastic Italian restaurant was just superb.

We were a little sceptical about staying in what we thought was a small B&B near to a busy seaside . We have to say we were pleasantly surprised so much care and consideration has been put in . Lovely breakfast too , such a lovely couple ! We felt they weren’t just doing a job they really cared and wanted us to feel comfortable . We will be back much sooner then we expected as long as there is space at the inn . Thankyou !
