The single bed mattress was very firm and made sleeping uncomfortable. There was no parking at the guest house

The noise from adjacent rooms and footsteps in the hallway can be heard from inside your room. Additionally, the hotel lacks a dedicated parking area, so guests must park on the street, which is free but limited to 4 hours.

The hotel is in a great location, just a 10-15 minute bus ride to the center of Brighton, and within walking distance of the beach. It's situated next to a scenic lagoon and a lovely park. While the hotel doesn't offer breakfast, there's a charming café called Tiffany's right across the road, where you can enjoy a delicious breakfast.

Double bed was a bit too small and the window curtains were too small and couldn’t give a black out room for good sleep. Also, we didn’t get the the Caribbean meals that really attracted us, as we were told the chef just left.

that till 3am a guy staying downstairs was shouting & screaming as no night staff apart from a number to call for a emergancy which nobody was dying or on fire would i call a emergancy number had to put up with being kept awake

Mattresses very noisy and uncomfortable, mattress also very stained. No pillow/bed protectors on.

Lovely staff, beautiful views, pretty rooms. Well equipped rooms, very clean generally. Good value.

We checked that we could have twin set up and not double and they told us yes all rooms can be done that way so I confirmed. We got double. Didn’t ask for change (maybe we should have) as only member of staff was hugely busy on check-in.

As no parking is provided street parking can work out expensive if you want to "park up" and not drive during stay. Bathroom ceiling had patch of damp which looked like there had been a leak from above.

Friendly and helpful staff, had everything required for a 2 night stay. Expectations were in line for amount charged.

Bathroom and shower tiny. Couldn’t get the telly to work. Remote may need new batteries but as it was late at night, I didn’t query it.

Location. Also a nice pub. Loved the flowers outside the pub and the outside spaces.

It was on the small side, but that wasn't a problem. The mirror in our ensuite needed a better clean.

Our room was clean and comfortable and had all the facilities we needed, except a fridge. The view from our room on the top floor was great.

Food was not that good I ordered a fish & Chips fish was still frozen in the middle but they changed it with no problem and the jerk chicken was good and the chips also although a bit salty for me.

The room was fine for two people and I was alone so plenty of room. Bed was huge but very firm. Lots of traffic noise if you pen the windows which I did as it was hot. Not much choice on the TV no cable channels

Room too hot. Fan inefficient and unable to open windows as we were on ground floor on main road.
