Wasn’t the biggest variation of food for breakfast but it might be because we went down at 9.

Great location, staff were friendly and the room was a good size for a family of 4.

I wish that the room I had was not on the top floor!

I didn't realise that my single room was on the top floor. I have mobility issues, so that was a bit of a hindrance. (The staff took my bag up, luckily). Room had everything I needed including a very clean, comfy bed. I did not have a cooked breakfast, but the cereal and yoghurt with fruit was just fine.

I think that the cleaning of the bathroom could be a bit better.

I loved the friendliness of all the staff, the location, the room and the complimentary breakfast! It was very delicious and had a lot of options.

Bad sound isolation.on the ground floor.rooms.

It is close to underground and the Hyde park. The building is beautiful Victorian style. Nice cozy restaurant, ok breakfast, the bed is comfortable, modern bathroom.

The metro passes nearby and can be loud, the "queen" bed were actually two singles put together, which can be very uncomfortable.

Very convenient location, friendly staff, breakfast was included, pretty house.

    All good.

The staff were lovely. I turned up early due to an appointment being cancelled and was able to work in the lounge and the staff could have been more helpful and friendly, especially the girl on Reception during the 20th May.

Really uncomfortable and loud sofa, as we had a family room. Poor breakfast.

We didn't have high demands as we didn't spend much time in the hotel. It met our expectations. We felt safe in the area of the hotel and the staff were really friendly. They let us checkin earlier for free. Our room was quite big, but situated in the basement so we could hear the tube very often.

A little bit of a leak from upstairs room but they where on it straight away and offered the use of an alternative washing facility I can’t really fault them tbf

I loved the friendly atmosphere and the staff were absolutely amazing. Bed was comfortable and slept so well. I skipped breakfast due to early train but it looked delicious. Will definitely be coming back

A little bedside lamp would have been helpful, as I had to keep television on late at night for the light, when getting up to switch off the main central light. The Drape on the window didn't extend straight across the window, it seemed to be stuck. Overall, a lovely hotel and would want to stay there on my next visit.

Blue Bells Hotel is lovely, and staff so helpful. I had a single room, a little small, but knew that when I booked. I hadn't stayed in Notting Hill before, so a new experience and it is lovely there and easy to get to the West-End using the buses. There was a lot on offer at Breakfast time, and being Coeliac they provided me with Gluten-Free Bread. I felt at home there and would definitely stay there again and it was good value for the cost.

The noise from the underground wasn't ideal but we could manage it just fine. We at least didn't lose any sleep over it. I wouldn't pick this hotel if I needed complete silence. But then again I wouldn't go to London in the first place :)

Stayed over for 5 nights in total and had the best time! The staff was amazingly friendly and helpful, the rooms were comfy and clean, and the location was just ideal for visiting the the most popular sights.

The breakfast could be improved. There were no scrambled eggs or bacon. Also, the bedsheet had some stain spots and also the sheet had some tears and was not in perfect condition.

The Location is good , very close to notting hill station. The Apartment have a Nice bad and a good showroom.

The price was quite expensive for an average experience. The room was just okay - quite worn-out and tired-looking. The bath tap was dripping continually. The bathroom bin had a broken lid.

Friendly staff who were accommodating and kind. The location is excellent. Very close to tube stop and cafés. Very clean room and quiet to sleep there. Basics are all there such as TV, breakfast, shampoo.

As a suggestion: an extra toaster could make lines in breakfast shorter ;) I don't know how they enter, but I had kind of an issue with big flies in my room. But I let the staff know and the next day it was solved. Not a big deal any case and not something related to them.

Clean and comfy, exactly what I was looking for, no luxuries. I usually enjoy very much the breakfast in my travels and this one was not super great, continental but with the basic options. It was okay, tho.

The breakfast was just fine without too much choice but my family was just fine. My kids and husband were happy about it. I was having just a tea as usual. Could be some lemon for it provided. Also, the sound of the tube was there but nothing really disturbing being on the second floor.

The location is perfect to feel the London spirit without the crowd of turists. Clean hotel, every other day we were provided with new towels. Staff was frendly and helpfull. We were checking 30 min later then the hour but already were sent a message from the hotel how to open the door which had a code.
