Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

United StatesShower is incorporated into bathroom floor....use lots of towels because I do not want to slip on wet floor. First time there so it took a few minutes figuring our light and window shade controls.
Great location when arriving at Gatwick late at night.....just a minutes walk from customs exit. Room small but did the job. Food places right by customs exit.

JerseyThe only slightly negative point was the shower/wetroom in that when you showered, everything (i.e. toilet) got wet. No dry area to dry yourself. I did find it expensive but I suppose that is to be expected for the accommodation being onsite at the airport.
The complimentary coffee was a nice gesture and tasted good :) the room was a bit more spacious than anticipated and good that there was a window!

United KingdomFelt a bit over cramped in the room - wasn't expecting anything huge or luxurious but just a bit more space would be nice. Free tea and coffee available but on the floor below which was tricky when it came to carrying it upstairs!!
Only choice for food was out in tge airport concourse which, although handy for the next mornings flight, felt a bit odd.

United KingdomBathroom is a triumph of style over function. Nowhere to hang clothes or towels, a glass door, and a very slippery surface on the bathroom and especially shower floor.
Very clean and comfortable room with all the tech and a lovely dual aspect view (this was one of the bigger rooms). Easy to access, quiet and obviously super convenient for the early morning flight.

Great location for security, literally right outside. Our room over looked the flight path so we could watch the planes coming in from Our bed. You get a discount at the restaurants in south terminal if you mention you're staying at the hotel. It was clean and comfortable. I definitely recommend this hotel.

United KingdomThe bathroom is a wet room and the water didn’t really flow away down the drain very well after a shower, so the floor was wet for a few hours afterwards. But was dry in the morning. The room was a bit of a box and was just room enough to sleep and nothing else. But for airport purposes, that’s what it’s for I suppose!
Excellent location for a very early flight and considering the room is by the runway, it had very impressive sound proofing and I could barely hear anything.
