Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomThe bed was very large, but one of us had to crawl over the other to get in and out. It wouldn't be the best sort of room if you had large suitcases to manage - we coped by squashing our soft bags under the bed which worked fine. Signage to find the hotel was a bit hit and miss!
We chose this hotel because we needed to get form the West Country to Gatwick by train in order to catch a morning flight. It is certainly convenient - right inside the airport! The rooms are very compact, but the shower room is a reasonable size. The soundproofing was great. We were pleased to find a complimentary hot drinks machine on another floor.

Good location in the Southern Terminal. Coming from the Northern Terminal, take the monorail directly to the Southern Terminal, turn around the corner and there you are at the Bloc Hotel. Easy. The rooms are basic, small, ours had not window but they are clean, modern and do the job: Stay for a night when arriving late or leaving early. Would defo stay there again. Not exacly suitable for a honeymoon or a romantic getaway but maybe you knew that ;)

IrelandThere wasn’t any tea/coffee making facilities in the room. There was a room a couple of floors up with hot drinks available however. Shower room is a wet room which i don’t like but understand the necessity given the limited space available.
This is a very good option for an early flight. Small cabin-like room with a comfortable bed, tv, and shower. The hotel is in the airport terminal so minimal hassle making the flight.
