We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Australiaonly two things is 1. there was no kettle in room (they did have facilities outside room but inside room is nice) and 2. the shower made a loud squeaky sound, and was inconvenient as it made the whole bathroom floor wet due to its lay out
very nice staff member who checked me in, i was able to get into my room a lot earlier than check in which i was super grateful for (thank you!), very comfortable stay very convenient for an early morning flight ! also a super comfortable bed would highly recommend!

United KingdomThe bathroom situation is the only flaw - for our room, the shower, toilet, sink, etc are all inside the shower, so once you shower, everything is soaking wet! Otherwise - perfect for a quick overnight stop.
Great location, especially if you are flying out of the South Terminal, security is literally at the elevators to the hotel! Decent size room, clean and comfortable.

AustraliaThe room was very small - and we had paid extra for the superior room. The bathroom is not separated from the shower so the whole room is wet including the toilet if you have a shower. There is no room service but restaurants are in the terminal. No in room fridge either. It was quite expensive but I guess you have to pay that for the convenience of being in the terminal.

United KingdomThe one big downer for me on this occasion (this is the second - or maybe third? time I've used this Hotel) was I found the Aircon in the room to be very noisy; I tried everything to change settings/turn it off etc. etc. but without success. In fairness I didn't advise the Staff as it may well have required a change of room and I didn't want to go to those lengths.
It did everything I wanted it to do, in an excellent location; the ability to stay in the Airport Terminal itself is a huge bonus. I was also informed that I could get very useful discounts at a number of the Airport Food Outlets as well, which was worthwhile.
