Location was very central & the breakfast was very novel & was delivered with a tap at my door! It was exactly what I ordered & delicious. I also liked the tea/coffee making facilities, which aren't always a given in a B & B. I accidentally left with my room key, but the staff were extremely understanding & I returned it 2 days later. Extremely good value for money & I will definitely book again when going out with work colleagues again. Thank you!

My only negative comment is there is a drain cover in the road directly outside which made a loud noise every time a vehicle drove over it, but obviously that is no fault of yours at all, but with window closed and ear plugs in I slept very well.

Everything was perfect for my nights stay ,a good working TV, ensuite with shower ,a very comfy bed, tea making facilities, i even liked the ceiling fan with variable mood lighting settings oprated by remote, I was very happy with my stay and a lovely cooked full English brought up to my room at the exact time i wanted it so thank you very much. I will definitely be returning in the future

Whilst the house was clean and inviting the area in which it was in was somewhat run-down.

Clean ....excellent value for money...Great service and friendly staff. Never ate breakfast in the bedroom before but it worked well. The breakfast was delicious.

A little gem of a guest house. Friendly staff, nice little room that had everything I needed, lovely breakfast served on the dot the next morning. Quiet and comfortable night's sleep. All for a really reasonable price. Would definitely book again.

Only issue was there are only 4 car parking spaces and the bathroom was a closet. 10 out of 10 to the person who designed fitting a shower, sink and loo in such a small space but when I was at on the loo my feet and knees were in the bedroom. Wouldn't suit any but the most liberal of couples.

Lovely little guest house, breakfast served in your room but was excellent. Would recommend to any looking for a cheap stop over.

The sink in the family room ensuite. I found it a little awkward to wash my face and brush my teeth. However, I appreciate that a bigger sink may take up too much space.

The staff were very friendly and more than happy to help. It also felt genuine, like they genuinely want happy guests and not just from a business stance....rather a place of caring on a human level. The breakfast choices were amazing too! Me and my family are Vegan and most places offer limited (if any) Vegan choices. However, they not only offered lots of choice they offered good Vegan options. As not all Vegan products taste great. They clearly took the time to find out which ones taste good. The volume of the breakfast available was amazing too! My growing lads, have a big appetite and they left very satisfied.....as did I! Will definitely be booking to stay here again, when we next visit. 4 very happy guests!!!
