Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Loved the view, location and the price. Staff were really lovely. Well stocked with shower gel, shampoo and tea and coffee facilities. Clean bedding and towels supplied.

This hotel is in a great location, our room had wonderful views of the sea! On arrival, we were given a room upgrade which was lovely. Bed was very comfortable and slept really well! Room was warm when we were there, but we had two room fans to keep us cool which I thought was great. Great tea and coffee facilities in the room too.

United KingdomThe tv wouldn’t work/wifi in room 22. The rooms were smaller than we thought and the bathroom was tiny as the door wouldn’t open past the sink. Although the bathroom was small, it was stunning and very clean looking.
It was very nice, The bar and outside seating area was good. The beds were super comfy and clean. The fan in the room was very needed as it was so hot, so that was good too. There was parking available even though we had read reviews saying there wasn’t.

United KingdomOnly main complaint was the general maintenance of the room. Our room had a lovely view of the beach but panels of the blinds were missing leaving us pretty exposed when we pulled the blinds on. Carpets quite damaged with a big rip in one of them but other than that the room was fine. I was only there one night so wasn’t end of the world but would have been annoying for the weekend when showering, sleeping and getting ready.
Room was situated in a great area. Staff were really lovely and was really great making some recommendations. Parking was also great.
