Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

United KingdomAs previously stated there is room for improvement. The carpet in our room was clean however could do with being restreched/relaid to fit perfect again. The stairs/hallways could do with brightening up i get black for mucky hands etc so maybe dark colour on bottom and white on top would help so much. Again these wernt an issue for us didnt upset our stay in the slightest but the little things that could do with improvement.
I was very worried about going because of some of the recent reviews but i didnt need to. Yes there is room for improvement but we had a good stay. Staff were great and very helpful when we needed it. The big scary dog on the reviews is a border collie called millie she is the sweetest dog we had 2 out of 4 children worried when it comes to dogs but they loved her. Yes she runs around but only if your throwing her toy for her she isnt a jumpy dog she was no bother at all. We had 2 rooms in our group and they were clean. After previous reviews about couple missing blind slats i actually managed to switch some around so only 1 looked missing which the connector at the top was broke so you cant change that one not the end of the world as we bring travel blinds anyways. We had daily house keeping which was great didnt even realise we got this so was a little bonus for us. We didnt have food as we were out and about all day. The car parking situation was fine we got blocked in we just stated which day we needed the car and the car was moved so we could get out no issue. You have a parking ticket with room number and they have your mobile on system so they will be to contact whoever if car is needed moving so again no issue at all. Was good spot for hotel was out the way of the busy central and in middle for pleasure beach nice little walks either way for us. 2 of the kids in our group had accident through the night absolutely no issue we stripped beds and staff were going to redo our beds for us but we happily done it ourselves they were helpful and understanding no problem at all.

Staff were very helpful and friendly. Spotless room and nice modern bathroom with a big shower. All the facilities we could have needed, toiletries, tea, coffee, milk, fan, iron plenty of towels.Beds comfortable nice clean white sheets. Nice breakfast with a decent selection of hot cold continental. Even stored our luggage on checkout until late afternoon. Great location for Pleasure Beach and waterpark.

United KingdomKids running round the hotel for hours knocking our door and running away, then at 1 in the morning woke up to someone breaking a door and women screeching at the top of her lungs and kids still running up and down the stairs. Me and my kids Didn't get much sleep at all for £125 a night which im gutted about as we left feeling very tired. Just suprised they aloud that all day and night

United KingdomI booked a family room through booking.com although the room was lovely, clean and had everything needed, I wasn’t notified that it had no windows till my booking was confirmed. I would have rather paid a little more for one with a window. As it was just for one night, I left it. If it has of been for longer that would have been an issue.
