Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Great location and a lovely bar. Room was clean, modern and nice bathroom. Friendly staff. Didn’t realise it was a dog friendly hotel which was so nice to see as there are not enough. Would return again if we have a dog in the near future.

United KingdomI had to carry the kettle from the top of the chest of drawers to the bedside cupboard to boil it then carry a kettle full of boiling water back to the chest of drawers to make a cup of tea.
The staff were very polite & friendly, very attentive and helpful. My room was very clean & you could request for your room to be cleaned when you wanted it refreshed. I will definitely be using the hotel again. Great location on the promenade, and a great sea view too.

Loved the view, location and the price. Staff were really lovely. Well stocked with shower gel, shampoo and tea and coffee facilities. Clean bedding and towels supplied.

This hotel is in a great location, our room had wonderful views of the sea! On arrival, we were given a room upgrade which was lovely. Bed was very comfortable and slept really well! Room was warm when we were there, but we had two room fans to keep us cool which I thought was great. Great tea and coffee facilities in the room too.
