The entrance to the property is currently a bit messy (some old carpet was outside the door) and the door to the street has no lock but I imagine this is being addressed to very soon. The mattress in the master bedroom feels like it is sloping down slightly at the sides but it was still comfortable.

The apartment is really lovely. The layout is perfect with a lovely kitchen / diner / lounge area and the bedrooms and bathroom are all well sized and also done to a high spec. The location is also ideal as you are less than a minutes walk from the centre of Windermere.

The noise from the neighbours was the only downfall really. Minor but could do with tea towels/ kitchen roll for the kitchen

The apartment was wonderful. We had an amazing stay here. It's perfect for exploring Windermere. Location couldn't be better. The hosts were lovely and accommodating.

It's a bit tricky to find, the entrance is the little door left of the Italian restaurant. The restaurant chimney puts out a lot of smoke when it's open, which effects the balcony. They are in the process of fixing this.

Cannot open the balcony door or the window on one of the rooms for ventilation, because the downstairs restaurant’s chimney is straight next to the balcony/window.

The place is fully equipped you’ll find everything you need and the location is next to the shops and restaurants and minutes walk to the bus stop that takes you down to the lakes, the host was responsive and helpful, would recommend 100%

Excellent location, next to some brilliant restaurant and shops. Very well equipped with some lovely touches (sweets, tea, coffee etc). Brilliant entertainment facilities, comfy beds and gorgeous bathroom.

Absolutely amazing and clean apartment. Modern and sleek finishing with cute and thoughtful touches such as sweets, range of cereals, board games, colouring and other things for children. The bed was divine to sleep in. It felt like a home and felt great that we were coming back to this in the evenings after a day out. Very close to Windermere station and plenty of shops nearby. The hosts also respond very quickly too. I have book marked this to return to in the future.

The open terrace where we can sit and enjoy evenings is just adjacent to chimney which does release smoke from Italian restaurant on ground floor on Wednesday to Sunday evening. As they use wood to bake pizza it does release a black thick smoke. Which was a concern . But we were ok as we only Had to deal with it on Sunday, the restaurant was closed Monday to Wednesday so we were good. Thai was the only thing that can be improved.

the chimney outside was very Smokey and left black soot on our clothes when we sat outside on the terrace
