Probably the view but that can’t be helped and it’s not something I expect in a hotel because I wasn’t in it much but the very quiet sound of the hotel was quite nice

We were upgraded due to my boyfriends birthday falling of our time of stay. The hotel smelt amazing all staff were attentive, calm and very accommodating. Everything was clean the bathroom was big the bed was huge the breakfast was lovely and replenished thoroughly. The waiting staff were kind and peaceful it was a lovely stay thank you so much.

lovely big room,staff were nice although told to just go to restaurant by reception, when we did it was fully booked, but the gentleman in the restaurant pointed us in the direction of there sister hotel bvld,where the food was lovely, and more relaxed atmosphere

It’s getting a bit tired and needs some tlc. Bits like the en suite floor was a bit un even, the toilet roll holder was loose, they’d tried to patch up the walls but not in a very good way. The staff weren’t particularly friendly or welcoming/attentive. (Bar staff or breakfast staff)

Been before, it’s a nice hotel on the main strip, though it’s getting a bit tired now! But the bed was very comfortable.

Noisy extractor in the bathroom but it did switch off automatically over night.

Fantastic family rooms with great layout keeping you all together but still separated when you want to be. The views of the coasters add to the excitement of the holiday. Great location right next to train station and with a tram stop across the road for quick access to the attractions along the prom. Great breakfast selection. Friendly staff.

Things i thought could have been better are; Maybe a greater choice for continental style breakfast. We paid for 2 nights in a suite, with a suite you get a complementary bottle of wine however another bottle of wine for the second night would have being appreciated.

Breakfast was amazing. Room was perfect. The size of the bed was unreal. The staff were outstanding, so friendly and attentive to our needs/requirements.

The staff were absolutely amazing from the reception the bar the serving staff at breakfast the house keeping etc every member of staff had a smile on their face were so helpful and just all round nice people to be around ! The staff definitely make the hotel a better place to stay! The rooms are comfortable and nice to relax in after being on the go all day, Breakfast was great had a really good selection I have a picky eater and he left breakfast full everyday so there's something for everyone. The bar snack menu is really varied and it's great that you can take that food to your room it made it so much easier for us with two tired kids they they were in their element with their chips and pizza.

Car park charge of £18 per night is very expensive, we were lucky enough to get a parking space opposite the hotel on the road and paid nothing.

location of room and how difficult it was to open corridor doors with a wheel chair used as only myself and person in the wheelchair

rooms and beds were great, only issue was I had a aheel chair user and we were at the furthest away part of the hotel from reception/restaurant area

Only down side.. Unfortunately the bed and pillows were not very comfy, bed very hard and pillows had little filling.

Amazing location, beautiful hotel, great rooms and friendly staff with everything we could need. We was pleasantly surprised when we arrived.

Nice hotel for Blackpool. Family rooms are good if you have kids and right next to the fairground.
