United KingdomBreakfast service was slow. This was related to the staff - I found myself constantly asking if I could actually order my breakfast. Good selection of foods though. Parking was also problematic - if you come later in the day you will struggle to find a parking spot. It may be more beneficial for the hotel to have marked bays so more cars can fit in, to avoid those spacious parkers!!
Lovely location on the beautiful St Brelade Bay! Easy access to the bay, and along shop fronts. Also really liked that they had access to balcony overlooking the bay. Staff were friendly. Facilities were good - slightly outdated, but fully functional. Would happily stay again.

United KingdomWhile dinner was good, the options were limited and we found there were better options within walking distance. Our room was a bit outdated and the bed is extremely soft. If that is your jam - great, we unfortunately woke up with back and neck pain and we're in our mid-late 30s. With the space available it would have been great to have a mini fridge available and the tv in the bedroom instead of the "entry room" but overall the room had everything it needed. Shower could have used more water pressure.
Location is absolutely superb, staff is very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast options are great and freshly cooked. Dinner was good. The room was very spacious and clean. Bathroom had shower gel, shampoo and soap available. Lovely soft towels.

Outstanding hotel with great views over the bay staff very helpful particularly Anas on reception.hotel immaculate great breakfast. Bus stops right outside with frequent service to st auxin St hellier. Would highly recommend. We will be back. Punching well above its weight. Fantastic sun terrace to enjoy afternoon cocktails or watch sunset . Breakfast very good with helpful staff. Most tables point towards views over the nicest Bay on island

The hotel staff were exceptional, Rose, Amat, Quinten went above and beyond. The breakfast staff and the cleaning staff could not be more helpful and friendly. The views were spectacular and the location was the best. I walked passed many other hotels and was glad we chose Biarritz. Can’t wait to return.

United KingdomRoom not as requested (been twice before so knew which one to ask for), the personal touch has gone post management change from Duncan (first name terms) to the new person (not seen, not mentioned, no idea who they are). Become a little faceless in that respect, no better than a chain unfortunately. We arrived early and usually do, Duncan welcomed us in the past and has held our bags for a few hours, even took them to the room. New management system is to offer earlier check in a price, no thanks, although the bags were held in a room Reduction in the staff to approx 50% of previous, I'll take the personal touch over scrimping to make more profit any day.
The view, it's so clean and the staff are brilliant. Good bus routes outside the hotel or up on the main road (no 15) so you don't really need a taxi to and fro the airport. The food was fantastic, breakfast and evening meals tried.
