We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Our room was large, clean and very comfortable. Though it was rather sparse, we had everything we needed, a comfy bed and a fabulous restaurant next door :)

United KingdomSmall sink and toilet bowl. TV - none of the apps worked, whilst on many regular channels only audio was avaliable. Arrow buttons on the remote control didn't work. Safe was there but I couldn't open it and couldn't see the instruction.
Location. 15 min walk to the centre or St James' Park stadium. 2 min walk to a bus stop, with four services running quite often. Comfy bed, with a good matress. By far cheapest hotel of this level in the area.

United KingdomThe beds were large with comfortable and clean cushions and linen, although the mattresses could benefit from a memory foam topper to give that extra level of comfort. They weren't uncomfortable, but with a little extra could be really comfortable which would have made the difference for a better score. Given all the effort clearly put into decoration and overall cleanliness, this is something to possibly consider.
Easy check-in and polite staff, clean rooms which looks to have been recently refurbished. Keypad access to the front door for after hours. Free parking in their car park which seemed secure. Easy access to the centre of town by a 10 minute walk.
