Very far out of town - 20 mins walk uphill from the centre. Tiny sink with sideways tap. Gloomy reception with cheap sofas

Decent-sized bathroom and shower. Loads of coffee sachets and couple of Biscoff

Windows weren’t double glazed so could hear some road noise but not too bad, some of the furniture a little dated.

Ideal location, a 15 minute walk from SJP and free parking is a huge advantage. Staff were friendly and rooms were a decent size and absolutely spotlessly clean.

Very warm, maybe a little too warm, hard to adjust temperature in our room so probably not a big dislike as we were able to open the bedroom window.

Lovely small hotel, within walking distance of the city centre (about 10/12 mins walk) Great place to be to visit Newcastle and easy walking distance of the football stadium. Bed very comfy.

Windows are a bit old, single glazed and difficult to close fully so let some noise in but a minor issue

A little out out of the city centre but close enough for a steady walk. Hotel is adequate for a one night stay, certainly value for money. Didn't eat here during our stay.

Needs more plug sockets in the room only 2 available at the mirror would bring an extension cable if u want more or next to bed. We were in room 106 this may be different in other rooms.

Lovely staff, stayed for 2 nights and was cleaned in between without being asked. Indian restraint was lovely. Furnishings were all up to date and comfortable. Location slightly out of city centre but with a 20 minute down hill walk was in centre of Newcastle. Plenty of public transport outside if you don’t want to walk. Great value for money. Free parking.
