We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights as we were seeing Taylor Swift at Wembley for the Eras Tour, the location was perfect only took us 25 minutes in an Uber to get to Wembley stadium. The room was very nice, had a decent bathroom area, mini fridge for us to keep bottled water in as it was really warm and we also had a balcony area. The beds were very comfortable and we also had air conditioning which come in handy

    1) For me shower pan was cracked and rather than replacing looks like they tried patching up, and it would flex and sag in spots pooling water. But at least the pan wasn't slippery 2) Shower head holder would flop. No real way to tighten these, probably just a replacement? 3) I found bed a little firm. 4) No water filter in a common area to fill a water bottle other than from jug at breakfast as the tap water is shocking- but I hear that's a London wide problem?

    1) Right across the road from Northfields Underground, making it an easy commute around or when arriving from LHR on the tube. 2) Despite mine being damaged (see what I didn't like) this has an actual shower rather than those shower/bath-tub combos. 3) Staff were courteous and willing and ready to fix any concerns raised with them. Thanks Salomon(?) and colleagues. 4) Breakfast was enough to keep me going. To be fair I've had worse offerings from some airline domestic lounges. 5) They offer complimentary baggage holding service. 6) Room amenities including box of tissues (not all hotels still do this). Perfectly needed when arriving into London with a head cold for the ages. 7) Room was clean. No evidence of lingering corners of furniture that housekeeping had missed dusting for who knows how long. 8) Relatively close to restaurants. I found myself going to the Kebab shop a couple of doors down.

They should check for their towels. In case there are stains that cannot be fully washed, it would be better that such towels are not given to guests.

Location was amazing. Just across the underground stop. Close but not to close to the Heathrow Airport. Brakefast was nice and tasty. Staff is very friendly and willing to help and listen the feedback.

Fantastic Stay at Best Western Northfields Ealing: Convenient, Clean, and Cozy!
    • Leisure trip
    • Family with young children
    • Superior Family Room with Kitchenette
    • Stayed 3 nights

Our stay at the Best Western Northfields Ealing Hotel was wonderful. The hotel is conveniently located right opposite the tube station, making it easy to get around. The room was very clean, spacious, and had a small kitchenette, which was very useful. The area around the hotel feels homey, quiet, and safe. There are nearby grocery stores, coffee shops, and a laundry, adding to the appeal. We felt it was a great value for the money and wished we could have stayed longer. We would love to stay here again the next time we visit. Highly recommend!

The room in the lower basement had overhead window, however it could not be opened; alternative - AC (good when it is hot!).

Really BIG room, lots of space. The coffee machine gave up, only got Americano coffee; black tea always a good option. Hotel really just across the tube station. Public parking lot close by.

The first impression was not great because the carpets in the hallways and the room were badly stained. I also didn't appreciate that absolutely everything was an upsell. Website said some rooms in the size I had booked had fridges. When I inquired at check in, I was told I would have to upgrade to a larger room. My biggest pet peeve is that on the one day I asked for my room to be made up, it wasn't done until after 5pm. I spent all afternoon trying to stay away to let them get the work done since the room is tiny but really would have liked to have had a nap after a full morning of touring about.

Super close to an underground station, cafes and markets. Bathroom was very clean and the shower was a good size. AC kept the room comfortable. Staff at the front desk was welcoming and accommodating.

Shower operations not straightforward, bathroom is tiny.

Helpful staff, proximity to the tube & ease of travelling from Heathrow (but there are no lifts at Northfields station). Decent breakfast. Comfortable bed. It's not flash but it's located near lovely parks, great selection of restaurants & handy supermarkets. The book exchange at the station is a welcome bonus the community library is also worth a visit. The presence of a microwave and second sink was gold ( but there's no cutlery or crockery).
