Only my knees didn't love the stairs - but that's my issue and absolutely all.

This place is a gem! Staff are great, rooms are comfortable- even the shared bathrooms are well maintained. Breakfast is fabulous and the location across from the station is excellent.

The shower gel was missing off the shower cubicle wall.. Would have been nice to have a small bin in the bathroom.

The quirky decor and shabby chic style lounge area, was fun and interesting, with lovely art work and ornaments. Really big comfortable chairs too! Room was cozy and spacious, really comfortable bed, good selection of continental breakfast and very friendly staff.

Our room fronted onto a main road so was a tiny bit noisy.

Excellent little find. The location is great just a few metres walk from the train station and five minutes walk to the city centre. The room was all we could have asked for for a one night stay. The staff were really, really friendly and we have already booked to stay there again in a year's time

My only issue was the bathroom light and extractor fan took a while to turn off by themselves but it doesn't bother me enough to complain! I just took the key card out the power slot until it turned off when I was going to sleep!😊

Hotel was comfy and cosy, the room was a good size and I loved the stained glass in the bathroom!😍 very clean overall, cannot fault the room! I also liked that there was hot chocolate sachets in the room too! The staff were so sweet and said hello every time I saw them! Continental breakfast was lovely, self serve and plenty of choice and everything was clean and covered!

Disturbed sleep due to early morning deliveries to Tesco next door. A lot of steep stairs. No member of staff on premises after 9pm. Extra payment required for full English breakfast. Room rather dreary and could do with redecoration.

The only thing I didn't like was the noise at night when I was trying to sleep, which sounded like workmen at the station or something, they were very loud. But that is out of the hotel's control.

Was very happy with my room - I'd been a bit worried about the shared bathroom aspect, but it worked out fine. The bed was lovely and comfy. Continental breakfast was great and in a very nice space. The staff were lovely and helpful.

The bathroom door didn't close properly and the mirror in the room was somewhat baffling. And the sink in the bathroom was tiny. But really, just nip picking. For the price it was great value.

Literally on the doorstep of Nottingham train station. The continental breakfast was very good, lots of options (as well as a full English for an extra cost), the staff were really friendly. Bed was very comfortable.

I have tinnitus and I have to have tv sound on to help me sleep. Tv's in rooms 5 + 12a. Don't work properly witch caused me to have 2 nights of really bad sleep. ☹️🙁
