We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomShared faculties were fine but one of them without window was like the hot house at Kew Gardens - nice after a long walk but a bit jarring at 3am.
Located right next to Nottingham station which was excellent. Bar / breakfast area was very cool. Staff also super helpful and food was as expected. Recommend

United KingdomWe were expecting some noise because of the location, but the Tesco's delivery lorry at 4:30 am was quite loud (hotel is next to a Tesco Express). I would use this hotel again if I needed a short stay and access to the railway station, but not if a good night's sleep were essential.
The hotel is just opposite the railway station, so the location is excellent. We needed this for a one-night stay while spending just a morning in Nottingham before onward travel. The room was very nice: spacious, clean and comfortable. We had a good continental breakfast.

United KingdomBits about the bathroom:- shower head fitting broken, pressure weak and water not very hot. Motion operated lights are a good idea but the downside at 4 am is they stay on for quite a long time and shine through windows from bathroom into bedroom. Will bring an eye mask next time!

This is a very pleasant hotel: small but with reasonably sized rooms. Extremely comfortable and couldn't be closer to the railway station (but absolutely no noise from the station). Excellent breakfast.

United KingdomJust one heads up for anyone arriving with a big suitcase!! or mobility issues the hotel is above retail outlets at street level and there are quite a lot of stairs to climb and no lift which is a bit challenging!!
An excellent location 2 minutes from the station - friendly welcoming staff and good facilities. My room was clean and comfortable, and I really liked the decor, especially in the bar and breakfast area which made a refreshing change from the usual corporate interiors of many chains.

United KingdomThe hotel is situated opposite to the Nottingham station and busy road there was noise from outside during nights and early morning. Staff were kind enough to upgrade our room to another location which was quieter which really helped. Good investment on good quality double glazed and sound proof windows would really help this hotel.
Overall very good value for money and friendly staff. The room was clean and warm. Free breakfast included was great too. Very happy! I chose this hotel as opposed to Travel lodge and others as it has its own unique personality.
