The shower in one room was terrible, might have been #4, barely any water came out. Everything else about rooms 2-4 was very good.

The location is lovely, at the edge of Fort William. Very quiet, with beautiful views of the mountains. Although it's a half hour walk from the center of town, it is served very well by public transportation, or one can take a short taxi ride. The hosts were responsive and offered a small refund for the inconvenience of broken Internet.

Would have loved a comfortable chair! The only chair were tiny kitchen chairs. This is fine for younger people but not recommended for the over 70s age group!

It would’ve been nice to get the key code earlier; we didn’t receive it until an hour before check-in, and we had no luck contacting the host, so I was a bit nervous that we’d missed an email and wouldn’t be able to get in.

The mattress was old, lacked support and when lying on it had moving springs that was a distraction. The extractor fan in the bathroom didn't work and was dirty. Touch points; light switches and door edges were grubby. Car parking was a bit hit and miss with other guests not adhering to the wall markings to position their cars; little consideration for other guests parking. Walls are a bit thin with not much noise insulation; embarrassing! Location too far from the town for a casual stroll at around 20 minute brisk walk down/up steep paths.

The location was end-of-road and away from other neighbors and was therefore quiet and peaceful. Plenty of storage space for luggage and stuff. White walls made it easy to spot cleanliness concerns. Washing up bowl and liquid supplied. Champagne flutes.

Apart from the microwave, there were no kitchen facilities, but we were expected to wash up dishes in a small plastic tub. This had to be filled up in the bathroom. We didn't ask for the room to be made up - we didn't need new towels or sheets, but this also meant that our breakfast porridge, milk, tea, coffee wasn't replaced. Our mistake, but the room rules need to be explained better.

There was a weird ticking noise in the wall that wouldn't stop. We could hear one neighbour snoring, and another singing in the shower (although beautifully). Showerpressure was low. There was breakfast in the room, but if you're not a fan of instant porridge, you had to bring something yourself. This place is mostly suitable for guests with a car.

On the one hand, the location is excellent. It's very close to the Cow Hill Trail and you can see Ben Nevis on a clear day. On the other hand, the town center is a 30+ minute walk away, and if you're here to climb Ben Nevis, this is the furthest away place you can stay at. The bed is very comfortable, the bedroom and bathroom are big. There's a table to sit at, and a fridge and a microwave. The room looked clean and new.

The location and the overall look and feel of the room we liked. There was a fridge and microwave in the room and for breakfast they had porridge ready. It's a complete self-checkin, but you do not have the feeling you're missing anything.

No contact with staff and the downstairs area was not yet set up, so atmosphere was cold and sterile. Also a bit tricky to locate.

We had trouble getting the toilet to flush & the sink tap wouldn’t get hot.

Our room was really spacious & nice! Everything was nice and clean. They left oats & drinks, which was a lovely touch! Loved the view out the window!

The water flow from the water heater was almost nonexistent, slow and it took us so long just to bathe.

Room was cozy. Good they have a microwave oven so we could heat up our food.
