Rather pricey because of its location and high season. The layout / configuration of the room makes it rather difficult to use the remaining space of the room esp dinning or 4 persons moving around or un/packing.

Perfect location to hike Ben Nevis. Free parking. Sturdy bunk beds. Lovely view overseeing the rolling hills and sheep. Spacious bathroom. Basic but fairly well equipped kitchenette. Lovely restaurant with live music.

There is nothing negative that I can think about the place.

We stayed at the property with the aim of hiking Ben Nevis. For that purpose the property was perfect! The restaurant next to it was ideal for food and drinks at the end of the day. Plenty of car parking spaces available and the hosts were great! There is also a room to dry your gear, especially if you are unlucky and get absolutely drenched during the hike.

Even tho the shower pressure and temperature were really good. Having to constantly keep pressing the button to put the water on was a bit annoying.

It was a perfect location for us coming back down off Bem Nevis. It was really handy having a drying room attached to the apartments to be able to dry your clothes and equipment.

The location was perfect for climbing Ben Nevis the following day. The room was comfortable and had enough room for the four of us. The view was amazing and the food in the restaurant was exceptional.

It’s a pity that breakfast is not available but not a deal breaker, plenty of cafes in the town. An external covered area would also have been good for people to relax, socialise and enjoy a drink as the bar area is on the small side.

Warm, comfortable and secure. Great location and having a first class restaurant on site is fantastic

Couldn't alter heating to a comfortable level - set and unable to change. Drain in the walk-in shower semi blocked, so half flooded the bathroom. Drained away after a few minutes but annoying. V minor but like so many places, never enough hooks - in the bathroom for towels (rack for 2 but in a room for 4 people, where do the other 2 go?!), or in the bed/living room area for coats/waterproofs.

Basic but very clean, nicely kitted out, and well thought out. V close to the pub (v good beer and food) and obviously very well positioned for walking/climbing Ben Nevis and the surrounding area. Short walk to visitor centre etc. Beds comfy but as boxed in might not suit v tall people!

The location was exceptional for our hike up Ben Nevis. The views were extraordinary and meals at the Ben Nevis Inn were outstanding. It was private dormitory style bedding with an ensuite, which was as expected and all we needed prior to our hike. Excellent clean and comfortable bedding, great kitchen supplies and linen. I would highly recommend this as a place to stay.

The dishes should have been washed better, the cleaningness could have been better but nothing really bothered us because what mattered was outside your doors.

A fabulous location for climbing Ben Nevis - the path starts right at your doors. The climate and scenery breathtaking and they outweigh the shortcomings of the accommodation itself. The experience is what count not the trivial details so overall - a must stay if you love nature! Very good restaurant on premises - make reservations ahead of time online.

Fun and comfortable hikers base camp.

It’s not a complaint, but the lodging is an upgraded and very nice hostel type set up. Most of the patrons that stay there to do some pretty aggressive hiking up the mountain, so it’s a pretty fancy hikers base camp. Again, not a complaint, but there’s one small shower room, and one small toilet room for our group of 8. The 8 bunk beds were very comfortable. The inn is a little ways out of town so you can’t walk to anything else - it’s a bit of a drive down a single lane road. But the accommodations were very nice and very comfortable and I’d definitely stay there again, especially if I was hiking Ben Nevis.

Interesting location at the base of the tallest mountain in the UK. I didn’t know that when I booked it. Staff were very friendly, the room was clean, and the presence of a restaurant/ pub upstairs was very convenient.
