We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomI had a small single room with a very awkward layout. The end of the bed is against the table and there's no headboard, so it's impossible to sit up in bed to watch TV or read. The carpet was badly stained, it really needs to be steam cleaned.
The good things about the Belroy are that it's in a great central location, the wifi is excellent, and the manager is absolutely lovely. My window looked onto the street and my shower room also had a window, which was nice. The bed was comfortable enough.

United KingdomThe layout of the room is awkward, with the pillows actually resting against the table with the kettle on, but with such a small narrow room there's not really any other way to do it. The mattress has seen better days, though it was still comfortable.
The price I paid was reasonable for a Saturday and the room was quite comfortable, with a decent shower room. The WiFi was good. Location is very central. The proprietor was very pleasant and friendly. There is a guest lounge with comfy sofas.

Not their fault but the cleaner never cleaned the shower cubicle or hoovered the landing or stairs the whole wknd we stayed, and bin in toilet wasn't emptied the whole time either. As I said didn't detract from how pleasant our stay was but felt Sam and Atif should know. However despite these small things we would return. Anything written above isn't a reflection on the Sam or Atif I'm sorry I had to write anything negative at all.
Sam and atif where absolutely faultless hosts, very helpful, pleasant and lovely to speak to ❤ Atif was very helpful in allowing us to leave our luggage at their property as our bus wasn't leaving till 1, which allowed us to go and get souvenirs for family and for that thanks.

I complained to the owner about it who said they can't afford to pay cleaners daily but had the floor hoovered The chest of drawers was old and dirty Would I stay again Not a chance as there is no excuse for dirt no matter what even if the owner has to clean. Asked for two extra pillows he wasn't pleased about that but gave us them. Couldn't wait to leave the hotel If you have asthma or breathing problems this is no good to you

Booked this hotel at very short notice as previous hotel had let me down. Gentleman at reception was friendly. Nice small room with 2 single beds, TV, kettle, sink and WiFi. I was glad the shared bathroom and toilet were very close to our room.

The room is under the roof and on the day when it was raining with wind - the wall and the bed adjacent to it were wet. They offered to change the room, but we decided to change the mattress in the hope that the rain had stopped.
