I stayed in a single room that was clean and comfortable. Hairdryer supplied. Slippers supplied. The Elemis’s toiletries were very nice. Water supplied tea coffee etc all supplied. The location is excellent walking distance from the station also very near the sea front and walking distance to some of the attractions like visiting Gt Orme. Breakfast was excellent for £15.00 over all very satisfied.

We opted for the balcony room. Due to being disabled and finding it hard to get around, I would choose a more accessible room if I stayed again

I had to leave a fan turned on all night because I couldn’t lower the room temperature with the thermostat.

My room was spotlessly clean with all the amenities I needed for a one night stay.

Hard poached eggs, but nothing major. Female waitress breakfast a little short with guests, who were looking for bowls / in buffet area. Think need more staff on at busy times

The room was particularly warm and the thermostat would not work as to turn the temperature down. But the fan provided sorted that out!

Almost everything. The staff at check in and check out were so friendly and helpful, the entire hotel from the bar to the room was spotless, and the facilities in the room were exceptional!

As usual it’s not always easy to get a parking place nearby, but we always manage to park in the prom. Noisy neighbours, but we were provided with ear plugs and didn’t realise, these aren’t really negative comments

Love the location, opposite the Pier and close to the Big Orme Great breakfast, for us and for our little Frenchies Big room, big comfy bed The staff are lovely, and helpful It is the best dog friendly hotel we have ever stayed in

Lovely friendly staff, fantastic views from balcony. Clean room with extras such as water,milk,coffee,biscuits,slippers and robes. Comfortable bed and a lovely breakfast. Loved it so much that we've booked to go again in June. The staff make the hotel what it is, friendly and helpful. Best hotel we've stayed in.

It’s was good the way it was.

Breakfast was perfect and well presented. Loved the fresh fruit, granola and yogurt options as well as a cooked breakfast.

Breakfast was enjoyable but slow service on a couple of the mornings, possibly down to staff shortage.

Located not far from the pier. The room had a lovely view along the sea front. Tea making facilities, a coffee maker, and a small fridge in the room. The most welcoming thing for us was that there was a carton of fresh milk in the fridge, which was a small gesture, but much appreciated.

8.00 am above room 108 there was a lot of noise I think it was house keeping. Could be a little quieter for future reference.

Everything was fine although the central heating came on early hours of the morning and was quite loud. We thought it was heavy rain outside, but instead was the sound the radiator made.

Breakfast was amazing lots to choose from and full English breakfast was hot and plentiful the location was great the pier just over the road and the shops bars restaurants just around the corner. Our room was beautiful large bed tea coffee biscuits fluffy towels bed was very comfortable bedding was spotless bathroom was good size spotlessly clean shower was hot and powerful elemis shower gel shampoo conditioner hand wash and hand cream and lots of complimentary items slippers ear plugs eye masks e.c.t. All in all had a lovely stay staff were polite and helpful the bar area was lovely comfortable chairs and a lovely outside area with chairs and tables at the deck are at the front of the hotel to watch the world go by

The staff are so very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was superb, such lovely food, both hot and cold. I loved the extra's in the room, the fridge with fresh milk and bottled water as well as tge choice of teas coffees and hot chocolate.

Wasn’t expecting much (not to be a snob but due to the area) however walking through the doors the hotel was lovely!! Welcomed in by the lady behind the desk who was very pleasant, we then popped up to the rooms and they were lovely, nice and spacious and a good level of clean. Lots of little amenities which was lovely and were nice touches to the room. Like slippers, eye mask, coffee machine etc and a lovely little bag of 2p’s to use in the hotel which was a lovely touch. Room was nice and spacious and so was the bathroom, my only gripe would be that the bed could be slightly bigger but the duvet could definitely be bigger. Comfy beds and not much noise travelled in from other guests in the hallway/other rooms which was fantastic for me! Didn’t have breakfast the next morning but we seen a few plates go past whilst checking out and they looked fantastic!! Overall really happy with my stay and if I ever stayed in Llandudno I would book here! Absolute little gem of a hotel!
