We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The Hotel was ideal for us with a small Dog. Very welcoming and there was a separate dining room for you and your pet which was ideal. We had the breakfast, this was very good with a wide choice, nothing was to much trouble for the staff. I would stay again.

United KingdomOnly thing that really annoyed me was the change of produce of the breakfast,had a absolutely fantastic cooked breakfast on the Saturday beautifully cooked and very tasty produce, ordered exactly the same Sunday totally different sausages and everything very undercooked so was very disappointed after looking forward to the same quality day in day out.

United KingdomThe only thing that I would say is our room was so hot - it was a very hot few days, but there wasn’t any air conditioning.
Our stay was excellent, and would recommend this hotel to anyone and would not hesitate to book again. We stayed in one of the sea view boutique rooms, and the view was gorgeous from waking up in the morning to the night. The extra touches were so nice - 2ps for the arcade, sleep masks, cold water, espresso coffee, lovely Elemis toiletries. All the staff we encounter were really friendly and helpful - particularly compliments to the evening barmen (think his name was Ben). So friendly and makes a superb cocktail! Location is really good for everything - sea front, pier, tram line, restaurants, main town. Being right by the pier we were concerned about the noise, but could not hear anything.
